Pack of nutters in here. Need to get out. What do we need to get out of. There are many different variations of institutionalization. We're all institutionalized, here in this space..

Therapy is so good!

Today I really didn't want to go to college. But I made it anyway. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Took one of my Depakote pills and cut it in half and took it..... I stopped Depakote suddenly for two days last month and had seizures as a result even though I don't even take it for seizures. Now today I'm not sure if I took an afternoon dose or missed it...I'm feeling that aura that happens before you get one.

Sorry I thought you said you took 10 5mg tabs. That would have given you quite the trip.

what'll happen if you double up on the depakote verses you not taking a dosage?

They make these pill timer caps that reset after you open the bottle---maybe that would help for next time?

RX Timer Cap

The other trick I know is too look at the color of your sleeve before you take a med so you know what shirt you were wearing and thus what day you took the pill.

Well, they did that in the hospital and it stopped the seizures

Thanks! I may get that, the only one I get confused with is Depakote because I have to take it 3 times a day

It passed mostly, I think it may just be anxiety. It's scary because the feeling I got before a seizure feels really similar to the feeling before a panic attack

i went through that same issue. i was in hospital a lot during high school. i had to be put in special ed in the program for mentally disturbed children. and eventually an alternative school because i missed school so much because of my illness and was failing because i missed school so much and had skipped school a bit because of my social anxiety and schizoaffective.

at that time i was dxd with schizoaffective. but it was changing then.

i put it on her sometimes just to watch her lay on the ground and look pissed. and so i can take pictures of her in a vulnerable state.

Forgot my papers on the vending machine 5-6 times to go out for a smoke. Always walked back to the unit without it which is like a 5 minute walk. I recently went out of the unit to get it and forgot again while coming back with Ice cream, a coffee or something.

Ahahha I laugh at this but I'm thinking about how I'll be a reliant, functioning person in the future for when I get a job. I tried a computer desk job and... Ya.. I'll skip...

Doctor told me to ask the psychiatrist to increase the Vyvanse so I asked the psychiatrist and he kinda gets pissed when I talk about stimulant medications but he knows that I want to be a pharmacist so he knows that I'm able to list every stimulant and dosages in alphabetical order.. So basically I can red flag anything..

Like come on.. I'm not drug seeking..

Anyways..

My dealers stopped responding and usually I talk a lot in that situation which makes it worse so this time in life, I'm not mentioning my paranoia anymore. It just works better that way. Cuz there's a schizophrenic in my unit that asks the staff questions like "Nothing to worry about?" And the staff hears and has to reply every 30 seconds for hours.

work was ok. i was struggling before work so i asked T if he would tell me some encouraging words. he texted me before i went in and it was really nice. it meant a lot to me. it helped me feel more prepared to go there and deal with grocery store ********. i am so glad he is my T. i wanna give him a hug!
