Hi guys, looks like everyone's having an interesting day. Hope all's well still.

I think I'm going to apply for the Cheesecake Factory, as a food runner. I've always enjoyed running with food. I'm kind of clumsy, so hopefully I won't be a food dropper.

I hate having pending transactions on my card, especially when I order something from Amazon. Hurry up and process already so it can get shipped out

I've had a good day today. I met up with a friend and we went around town together. Though I did get worried when I heard her breathing deteriorate. She's got pneumonia and has to have a nebuliser ever few hours. I'm hoping she gets better soon.

im sorta caught in the middle rather to get a degree in Radio/Television/Film which is my passion. my passion in the arts/creativity since i was a teenager. or a degree in philosophy which is my passion for wisdom and knowledge but i have only been interested in it since i was 20 or 21. 5 years now. but i love it immensely because it weaves in my love for history and religion. also arts and a bit of my love for science (in the way i like it) and of course well it weaves in everything. especially existentialism which im extremely immersed in since i was a little girl (but didnt realize it).

i havent been doing anything creative wise lately except for photographing things. and looking at the classes for RTF scare me and look vaguely uninteresting and hard. well.....same with philosophy. so idk....

also im having a dilemma about how im i gonna be taking classes after i finish my first 30 credits.

i gotta move.

either on campus
or to an apartment.

idk what to do guys...
ive been talking to my parents about this. they say not to worry. but im so scared. moving away from home. but i want my bachelors degree...

There's a philosophy for everything... or is there? Is there a philosophy of philosophy? There ought to be.

Do the burritos in Taco Bell have minced meat or like steak meat chopped up in them? Over here it's always steak pieces in burritos (we don't have Taco Bell) but the ones you make at home you use minced meat. I'm not sure which one is typical with mexican food. An answer to this question would solve a 6 year argument about burritos with my fiance!
Thanks for this!

Moving away from home is a very liberating experience. It's a challenge, but when you get your independence you won't want to move back. It's also nice to have your own place, have it all set up the way you want. I had to move home this year and I miss my old place so much, it was mine! I lived with a bunch of guys so the decorating was left to me, I loved it so much. Seriously, don't be worried.

well the thing is i lived in a college apartment when i was 19. i was matched up with a person i didnt know based on a questionaire if i remember. she let a homeless girl she claimed she knew sleep on the couch and she never told me about it. it was against policy to do that and she snuck her in. against the policy and she didnt tell me. she used all my stuff the first week without asking. all my appliances and dishes. she at least couldve asked or AT LEAST couldve washed the stuff afterwards. she wanted me to drive her to work everyday and pick her up.

but that wasnt the worst.

i was almost assaulted by 5 athletes the second week i was there. i had to call the police. i packed up my stuff and never went back to that place.

thats why im afraid.

Wow, I can totally understand your reservations now. I was lucky, I moved out with friends and we shared a place. Though when I first moved out with my boyfriend we had a lot of trouble. We rented a room in "student accommodation" which was full of any person regardless of job or whether they where a student. God I could tell you some stories from there, we just upped and left one day it was that bad, didn't get our security deposit back or anything. I just took it as a bad experience, learned from it and moved on. That's all you can do really.

i guess idk what to do about moving. i was really hoping i could at least taking some classes from the university online and i cant. i dont think i can even take core classes from the university online. but ill check into that. core meaning stuff like english/math/history/etc (not those specifically tho). i think i have to be face to face.

the university is an hour away from me.........i wonder if i could just commute to school everyday....but thats a two hour drive....and if im doing even parttime and thats a lot of driving.....but thats still saves money. but then i miss out on the making friends and the activities and the knowledge of living on my own.

im torn. i need advice.
