my therapy wasn't like that though, as I said... I had no idea I'd even done CBT... so it was rather loose as such. There was no pre-determined amount of sessions. Maybe it was CBT, maybe it wasn't but sure sounds like it was after the fact.

But yes, I have considered an actual therapist as such might be worth it if my problems continue.
