Weed didn't care. It just bypassed the antipsychotic completely 100%.

Newtus I liked your vlog, I think many of us can relate. I was even told by my pdoc that there was nothing more they could do for me and they'd stop seeing me unless I was on meds, it's definitely pushed on so many people when sometimes solutions such as therapy and things like exercise and eating healthy are ignored. I don't think meds are always the answer and a lot of times they're just used as mental straight jackets.

Hope everyone is having a good day. Today has been busy. Got my grocery shopping done. That's huge for someone that's afraid to be in public most days. Anyway got that done and now I'm cooking dinner. Exciting life over here lol

thanks for watching! i really appreciate it!
yea they are mental strait jackets. even my therapist told me i need to find some other way to control my anxiety but i always run to meds because they are immediate and xanax doesnt have any side effects other than withdrawal symptoms. which i dont want to go through. but i cant even get out of bed and even DO exercise on these meds. im literally soooo tired. this isnt a way of life. i told my therapist this.

it makes it all worse that i missed my pdoc appt yesterday and slept so far into the day that i missed standby today.

I feel very sad. I don't know if I'm going to make it to my therapy appointment. I just feel too exhausted and raw.

Are you happy with the care there?

I ask, because I went to that kind of office before, and had to cope with rotating residents every six months for three years. They had me on seven different psych meds by the time I fired them and went to a more experienced pdoc. I was truly a mess, sleeping 17 or 18 hours on weekends when I wasn't working and having crying panic attacks at work every day before I ended up on disability.

I always hope that my experience is not common. It sounds like you're happy with your treatment, which is great!
