I took like 70 ephedrines today cuz tolerance. I think it brings up some chemical in my brain I bet it's oxytocin. I know it. I'll research.

I'm starting to feel more alive like normal.

Wrote down/listed all my assignments and studying material for the next 8 weeks, that way I just have to go through each weeks list and cross things off when I'm done (for my psychology class)

That's been happening to me, also. It started over last summer for me and now I'm lucky if I sleep past 4 in the morning.

I remember you saying that xd. I only do it every week or so. I'm tired and then I take some and then more because I took 3 Concertas instead of 2 for the day's close to the injection because I would get tired. The tolerance builds so fast.

I do this to myself because I'm starting to crave recreational things again that I stopped when sick like sports. I make excuses like marijuana is illegal and the law on drugs is messed up.

I'm going skiing tomorrow and won't be doing that maybe I went overboard. I'm just confused as to how I can take record amounts of any stimulant. I've been taking around a gram of caffeine a day too.

But I'm being careful. My heart rate doesn't change and even becomes calmer.. Psychotic symptoms decrease.. It's weird. I need to be tested in a lab..

A waiter at work ambushed me yesterday as I was leaving, inquiring about when I'd be cooking him a homemade meal like spaghetti. As it happens I'm making spaghetti on Sunday, so I guess I'll bring some. Does anyone find that an odd request?

Speaking of spaghetti, I made some last night. Lets just say the jar sauce is nothing in comparison to my moms homemade sauce and meatballs. I'll have to learn how to make that when she comes home

Got 3 books coming in the mail today

Almost done with work. I'm so excited to be done. I had forgotten how much I hate doing this. Hopefully the new job works out so I can dump this one.

Just finished a chapter in my psychology textbook, took me over an hour and my *** hurts now because of the stupid wooden chair I have to use at my desk. Can't wait to order a new chair, this is what I'm getting:

My sense of humour has't came back yet, I tried to get it back by playing pokemon but now the game is crash (am playing it using an emulator), and I couldn't open reddit the web is blocked by the gov.. great. Just great.

Just looking through my violin book that came in the mail today, I already had a copy but lost the cd/dvd that came with it so had to order a new one but I got it for a good price because it was used and in good condition. I will be playing my violin again starting sometime next week (when my tuner arrives)

I'm with my kids at the orthodontist. My son broke a bracket.
Tonight's training was cancelled because the trainer is sick. We're going to do it on Monday instead which is a bummer because I was hoping to have the whole day off. I'm off from my other job. Oh well not much I can do about it.
My head is killing me. I took some Advil but so far no relief.

im actually brainstorming an idea to start a clothing line antistigmatizing (?) mental illness.

idk i thought itd be neat idk...

idk who'd buy them. i already saw a line on twitter after i came up with idea and it seems so cliché and not real/true to life. but thats just me. my opinion. id like to be a role model for them. i mean i like their clothes but they have nothing that really speaks to me. and nothing for schizophrenia. but maybe thats the point? to dumb it down a bit so people wouldnt be afraid to show their illness. but my idea would be slightly different to that. to show people of all creeds/colors/shapes/sizes wearing real clothes.

i originally had an idea for just streetwear but mental health spoke to me...

just realized i havent popped in at all today, so hi everyone!!!!! hope things are going ok

they just released the game that AM kind of originated from as a mobile app and i was weak and bought it.........but at least now i have something with me that i can show my therapist what im up against >:0
