Debating getting off my meds. I probably should but I am in the middle of moving. I see my doctor on the 24th. She doesn't agree that I should go off them though. Am I doing good? I've had some rough times lately so idk.
Maybe now's not the time to make a judgement on that. I'll see how I do once I'm settled in NY I guess Sent from my A463BG using Tapatalk

I think sometimes it's all too easy to say, "I'm doing good, I don't need meds" but it often is the meds that are helping. I'm not saying you can't try coming off meds, but it might be more prudent to try reducing your AP, or even coming off some of the additional meds first once you are settled in NY like you say. It's a great goal to work towards, but it's not a race. Your much more likely to be successful if you take your time over it. It's really important you do it all under the supervision of a doctor too, because tapering is very important. Plus as I was sort of alluding to, aiming for one medication at a time too.

Good sleep I feel pretty damn awake.
Yesterday I bought 200 dollar shoes for my brothers university graduation where I'll fly to Vancouver on Friday and my mom convinced me to buy a 300 dollar leather jacket. Classy Tweaky.. It's cuz I got renters for my apartment long term which is awesome. |
