I'm reading that mental health book I mentioned. It's called 'Reasons to stay alive' by Matt Haig. It's about his anxiety and depression. It's easy to read as its really short paragraphs and it's written like someone talking. It's good so far
Thanks for this!

Going to my moms work to study -.-

I feel really confused. My injection is in two days..

Maybe an extra 20mg Abilify will help.
Thanks for this!

Went to the gym and then swimming today, it went pretty good actually apart from all the men in the changing rooms who think it's OK to walk around with their bits hanging out haha

Afternoon guys!

Busy day, been & done a few things most notably which was getting an eye test. Was supposed to have a routine check up 2 years ago but never got around to it...

I'm not sure if anyone here has glasses for anything or any knowledge, but I wondered if anyone might have any insight.

Essentially, I have mild(/moderate?) astigmatism. The actual values are like cyl of -0.75 & -1.00. The opticians said I should get glasses but I am not really 100% sure to what extent they just want a sale.

I mean, sure... there was a definite improvement of the sharpness of the letters they show you corrected but I'm not sure how much that'd equate to for general use.

I've certainly noticed some things at a moderate distance being hard to read / out of focus, and even at Uni sometimes had trouble recognizing people at a distance. Also had to avoid sitting at the back of the lecture hall to read stuff written on the boards. However, obviously I have survived thus far. I've not had any symptoms like headaches, although possibly some eye strain with prolonged reading or PC use but doesn't everyone get that?

I think it's almost a personal choice. Now I've seen what it's like to see things sharper, I've noticed the slight blurriness since getting back but I've no doubt soon things will return to normal.

I'm just not sure. Almost hard to tell without getting a pair of glasses to try for a week or whatever.

Thoughts, anyone? Or have I just wasted time typing all this out for people with perfect vision

My wisdom tooth is getting bad. I want it ripped out. For now I'll use Advil to stop the swelling.

Sucks that I'm one of those 10% of people where my liver can't convert codeine into morphine. Tylenol doesn't work either.

Advil did great though when I blew off my whole thumb nail when I overinflated a tire.

Ouch.

And does your mom know about your wisdom tooth pain? I would bring it up and see if she can get you scheduled for some dental work
