I'm not having a great day. I'm very irritable and fed up. I've been snapping at my husband all day. Not that he hasn't deserved it but normally I would just ignore it. I just don't know what's up with me. The only change has been cutting my Latuda dose in half and adding 1/2 dose (10 Mgs) of zyprexa back. I doubt that would cause irritability but what do I know. I really hope whatever this is goes away soon I feel like crawling out if my skin.

Omg, episode 2 of the X-Files was amazing. As good as the early series.

Interesting how little the format has changed. Not complaining though.

Had a nice relaxing day today.

Mostly just surfed the web and have been reading the first book in the Hunger Games trilogy. I'm really enjoying it so far.

Tomorrow I'll go grocery shopping, just getting enough to get me through the next week or so. I want to pick up some sushi, never had it before. I'm not brave enough to try the raw kind...yet.. so I'm just going to try and see if they have a pack of California rolls.

I've had some visual hallucinations too, recently. Mostly of inanimate objects moving slightly.
