Good morning! Hope everyone has a good day. I don't have any plans aside from my nap.

I'm down to 228 from 234lbs, not eating junk food is paying off (it helps that I'm broke at the moment and can't afford junk food )

Going to try and keep this up

Went to therapy, it was my last therapy session at this clinic since I'm moving in a couple days. It went well

My modafinil has arrived in the UK but I hope it didn't put that as the final location because it said that it's arrived on the tracking thing -.-

My pdoc appointment is on Thursday so hopefully he can do something about being so tired. I slept for a day and missed school again.

I bought a new type of magnesium but it was 50 dollars..

I honestly don't even know what I'm doing with life anymore. I was suicidal yesterday probably because I really needed sleep after I fell asleep while studying.

You know they are pretty accommodating----I asked mine for a letter to get out of jury duty and it wasn't a problem at all.

Idk, maybe it's just because he's a new doctor to me, but I think he thinks I should force myself to do things.

Even if I'm a paranoid psychotic mess at school

Hmmm that's not a great therapeutic approach. I mean I have to do things I don't like but the way that my therapist approaches things is a little different. To some extent she lets me set my own goals and then provide a means of reaching them but while providing suggestions that might help. She gives options rather than forcing me down a set path. My pdoc we don't talk about that stuff at all.

Yeah, my therapist is nice enough. But my school district wants a letter from my psychiatrist, saying that my mental health makes it so school at home is much easier than going there/

Even with me, I don't hear them that often & don't bother me most the time but they can still be a drag.

Been irritating me when I wake up early at the moment.

Just wish they'd go away. Heard them everyday for over a year and a half now to one extent or another.

I can never figure out if what happens when I'm at school is real or not.

I hear people talking about me, see them looking at me, kinda the whole regular humiliation stuff.

Been sleeping pretty much all day thanks to clozapine. I read that it has a sedative effect but I didnt think it would be this much! Lol I'm only on 25mg at the moment and it's going up to 300 mg at the end of next week. I'm gonna be zombified.

Hmm never heard of that type... seems it's new. Not even sure it's approved for use in supplements in the EU, someone suggested not in some comments I was reading but I'm not sure.

I always just used chelated magnesium... worked great for my needs.

From 80mg Prozac to 60mg it must have gone down in blood concentration now over the past 6 weeks. I'm starting to feel a bit anxious since yesterday. Fast heart rate and fear. Idk what will happen when I go any lower and eventually change to Lexapro. I might need temporary benzos but I have enough problems already.
