I finally bottomed out on the booze 7 days ago. In other words, I'm seven days sober. I've been using smart recovery (REBT) for the alchoholism. But I need to talk about my paranoid schizophreni (and OCD) in forums like these. I feel so alone with this stuff that I'm going through, but I know I'm not. The meds I'm taking are finally working just like the doctors said they would if I got off the booze. I'm getting a little saner and making saner decisions everyday.

Kudos to you for getting off the sauce! You can find support for your continued sobriety in another forum here too.
