I was just wondering if anyone knows what this is.... basically every once in a while I become like emotionally numb or randomly angery for no reason at all... like today I went for a drive to town and because of it, I almost got into an accident, would've been their fault for pulling in front of me, I had the radio way too loud, windows down, hurt my voice a little and was slightly impulsive. Idk it was like I didn't care anymore. If it weren't for me thinking I would get stopped by the cops I would've drove even faster.

It's a negative symptom for sure...probably anhedonia.

Both anxiety & depression can cause anger or irritability.

I've seen myself get really worked up sometimes when things aren't going well. Literally the smallest thing can go wrong & I'll end up cursing.

I see you list those on your concerns on your profile. I guess your bipolar could be the cause too but I don't have any experience with that, although I appreciate it involves mood symptoms, so same difference.

Worth bringing up with your p-doc if it's excessive, which if you are doing risky things sort of sounds like it. It might be a sign you need to adjust your meds.

Are things reasonably well outwith that?

Things aren't going the best for me. I wrote this at the end of a month long episode. I usually deal fairly well with anxiety and depression fairly well but something switched about a month ago where every symptom spiked causing a psychotic like state where anything and everything set me off and was so loud inside my head I couldn't even think. I didn't notice until yesterday morning when I woke up it was completely quiet. It's consistent with another disorder but I'm not going to dig any farther. Definitely going to bring it up at my DA. Thanks for your input
