How about consciously choosing not to listen, and using a white noise machine or computer file that you can loop and continuously repeat?

The white noise should absorb a good amount of the racket in your head. <3

i already use other noise to block them out but there are certain times of the day where that is not possible

well the good news is that you recognize that they are only voices and not real right? or am i misunderstanding ?
