OK, the janitor got in here while I've been in the front room. There are cigarette ashes in my bathroom waste basket. And I have not smoked in over a month. I'm very afraid and I'm too scared to call the police because the police here don't believe me, plus the janitor could just say I requested help or something. Oh dear God.

Started watching baseball. Getting into it. Tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping which desperately needs to be done. I have nothing to eat except condiments

Thank you, it really is. I took photos of the ashes. I hope that might be good enough for the police. I'm very afraid. I'm too afraid to be able to get down the stairs still. To open the door for the police. They will not do anything though, to help me.

Morning everyone.
Having a ****** day so far. I slept terrible and I just broke my vape . I don't know how I'm going to make it through without it lol. But seriously I'm freaking out. Must be punishment for smoking yesterday. Of course the voices are having a hell of a time taunting me.
It's going to be a long day.

Mum going out to get a new one later today . I have errands to run and my husband said just to pick one up so that's a relief. I don't feel like doing anything but such is life.

Sorry to you guys who are struggling
I'm doing okay atm. Sent off a job application so waiting to hear back. Still going to the work group on Fridays and just generally been getting out more.
I think these tablets are making it harder for me to lose weight and my eating is playing up a bit because of it. I've put on half a stone since I came out of hospital and I want to get it off but it seems no amount of dieting is going to do that. My mum told me that I look better with a bit of weight on me cos my nose starts to look too big when I lose weight, charming eh lol

Oh good, about replacing your broken one! I've dropped my mod and tank many times, and amazingly i never broke a tank, i don't think. I've been wanting to go discover more juices but the round trip cab fare makes it too expensive. Still, I'd like to go see the local vape places.

i cleaned stuff. im trying to stay on top of things... keeping busy and distracted.. so i dont fall into the hole of despair again today.

also my tooth broke again. also i was in a shop and a dog licked my foot. i dont know why but i got so mad. like, i wanted to yell at the lady. it was disgusting and omg, i think its the worst thing thats ever happened to me

A dog lick would gross me out. You could wipe down your shoe with something, and soak your feet in Epsom salts water.

And the tooth? Another one of mine broke off and fell out a few weeks ago. :/ But I'm sure most of yours are in good shape. I really have to go to a dentist because I'm wondering if I have oral cancer.

i had flip flops on so he licked my bare foot. i wiped it off. it was alarming and GROSS

i chipped my front tooth years ago and had a porcelain replacement put in. it fell off months ago after like 8 years, so i got a new one. now this one fell off lol. at least the dentist said he would replace it for free if it came off again
