I just smoked a cigarette. I'm not going to lie, it was fantastic. I miss it. A lot.
I could go for a nap but my mil is coming over so that squashes that idea. Oh well. Who needs sleep.
I'm having one of those days where everything seems overwhelming. Even eating. I hate this feeling.

to all that want them. Got a little paranoid before, could feel people on my back, but feeling better now. Just a bit sad. I have depression but this feels different than depression. I'm just sad my plans didn't work out.

I was just wondering if I'd have a cigarette this weekend! I think the last time I had one was in June.

I hope you'll feel better soon.
Thanks for this!

I don't know if it's a good idea to double your dose of Abilify. Tell your pdoc about it, please. You are very young and your brain chemistry is not getting any stability in the way you stop or start meds, or fiddle with the dosage. I worry about your long term health. :/
Thanks for this!

I agree, don't take 2 unless you are prescribed 2.

hmmm..

My brain is mush tho like mashed potatoes

If you look on the brain scan, you see a plate of scrambled eggs

Oh oh the loss of grey matters

I plan on taking the Abilify as prescribed then I guess for now.

Also yeah smoking a cigarette after not smoking for a long time is amazing but a lot of people get very addicted.

I'm so happy that most of us vape and stopped smoking!

Very proud of you all! =D

I'm glad you plan on taking Abilify as prescribed. You're here chatting, your brain has got to be more than mashed potatoes or you wouldn't be able to do that.
Thanks for this!

My smoking, aamof, was part of my self medicating most of my life. I used way too much cigarettes, binge drank for maybe 8 or 9 years, binge eating except for when I couldn't afford food, and did I mention smoking? I was a rageful person. Still, I don't know if I'd have been able to get on meds back then. I viewed them all as poison. Other stuff but I'm too tired to type.

Here they are! Pretending to talk to an authority about my mythical evil. Yep, they're just under the holes in my walls. Gotta make sure they get my attention.

[quote name="Angelique67" post=5212654]The freaks are rerunning some of the plays from January through May or June.
I just don't know how to take it. A good friend (you know who you are!) told me the way is by not caring. It worked before, and it's working again. And thank you again.
Thanks for this!

Do you think you can't move because your mom is handling your money for you? Once you are 21, she has to turn all that back over to you? It does suck to have to wait another year.

Nah she could sue me for money if she wanted to because I didn't pay rent when I was 18 lol

I'll talk to my psychologist and psychiatrist about it on Thursday
Thanks for this!

Still a bit paranoid, and hearing some voices, but with my AP, it is helping to turn the volume of them down so they're not as loud. Slept most of the day, idk how because my meds, both of them (Lamictal and Abilify) are both activating for me. In general not bad day, but I'm nervous about calling Medicaid and enrolling in a supplemental insurance, just phone anxiety and thinking my phone is bugged/tapped so other people can hear my conversation, especially when I have to give out my SS number and address so the representative can look up my info... But I will call anyways, cause I need a supplemental insurance through Medicaid so I can see my GP Dr (my psych stuff is covered under straight Medicaid)...

Feeling better now. Not so overwhelmed. Took a nice long shower and put on some nice lotion to relax me.

@junkDNA i have that too. My apartment is very long, a large one bedroom apartment, and I get scared and nervous about anyone breaking in, in the back, furthest place in my apartment. I can't hear what goes on back there while I'm in front where my bed is. Everytime I have to go pee, i get so nervous in here.

No you're not awkward. He shouldn't have said that to you, it was too forward of him. He should ask you to go for a coffee and then say stuff like that.
