I'm getting my first ever filling next week. Bit nervous about that even though I don't mind going to the dentists...

Wow, I have had so many fillings lol. But I have had a lot of times in the past where my hygiene has declined when I was having a lot of symptoms. My goal is for these fillings to be the last ones I ever get.

I have to go to court this month to get the back child support and any future payments owed to my mom transferred to me. Will be the first time seeing my "dad" in person

Sorry for the triple post but

I haven't since last Friday and I have been eating fairy healthy, getting in lots of water, fruits and vegetables with my meals now

I'll feel better tomorrow, this will pass, I'm not going to do anything stupid, this will pass...

I suspect my filling is probably due to similar periods plus smoking. I've already improved the health of my gums to perfect switching to vaping & brushing less hard...

So, hopefully I won't have any other fillings in the immediate future too.

Oh and grats on the eating front. One step at a time.

yes i've had that crow thing happen to me too, crows are annoying, for some reason sounds thru out the day cause a psycosis play back or amplify the sound, if your meds are the correct dose this too will go away.

today i was helping bag items for a customer's order. i heard someone whisper my name. i looked at Bob, the bagger, and said did u whisper my name? he didn't know what i was talking about. i continued bagging and heard it again. now im thinking omg the voices are back. i was internally freaking out but tryin to appear to keep my cool. i was looking at the customer and he was looking down at the card reader and i saw him whisper my name. i pointed at him and said its you!!!!!!! he smiled and walked away. i was glad it wasnt the voices, but its still a little odd what the man did!!!!!!!!!!!

just the other day i asked if my boss was calling my name , he said no, this had been going on for two days, i've been heard whispers in the wind calling my name, i dont mind it much cause some of my voices are really mean so just calling my name and just my name is an improvement compared to the mocking that usauuly happens, oh who cares if i hear my name being called, its no big deal to me.

I thought it was 12 something when I got up, but when I did get up it was 3pm ! What's going on with me and all this sleep. I didn't take any tiz last night either.

So I'm uneasy. Plus, it was because they were making noises like it happened in the last place I moved away from. Not the way it was here, but the way it was where I moved away from, lots of whistles, and bird type sounds, it's hard to explain.

I have to mail my medicaid renewal forms asap but I don't feel like ordering food in. I'm confused all the damn time.

ETA I need to order food in so I can ask the driver to please mail it for me. I can't do the stairs to save my sorry life.

Yikes. Things took a sudden turn.
How is everyone? Had a decent day. Got all my errands done. Had to drop off 2 scripts and pick up 5. I think I spend more time at the pharmacy than I do almost anywhere else. Glad to be done for a couple more weeks. My head had been quiet until I found out my nephew was going to jail because he couldn't pay a fine . I'm so sad and the voices are taking advantage of that. Thank god for Ativan.

I was too anxious about calling on the phone so I didn't call in for food all day. I must tomorrow though. The forms must get there by the 20th which is a Saturday I think, and there will be no one working on a weekend there. So, my forms will hopefully get there by Monday, but who knows. I almost forgot my birthday is near a few times because it feels like winter, or October or something.

Hey everyone. I disappeared from a long while on here. I've been good. Working hard. I've lost 50lbs. It started off due to crazy but now I feel good and confident and pretty happy. Sometimes I still get crazy thoughts and feel like I might lose it again but I always manage to pull myself back.
