I've been driving around a lot lately, got the opportunity to enjoy some of the landscape around here. I'm happy about living in such a neat country. Here are some pics

Glad to hear it Erti. Hyper, I wonder if there is a may to get complete magnesium so you don't have to buy all those things? Maybe try adding some high in magnesium foods to your diet?

I'm good. Just got home from grocery shopping. My daughter is making cupcakes right now. Can't wait to have one!
Nothing else really going on today. It's beautiful out so maybe something outdoors once my daughter is done. The Olympics are boring right now (canoeing).

My mom makes well balanced meals she says. It must be some enzyme thing that has to come in certain types of magnesium maybe to convert it idk

I want another blood test. I'm thinking there's something seriously wrong with me.

One side of my forehead turned a darker colour.

Maybe I need more sunlight

I started taking the vitamin D again

The forehead thing doesn't sound good at all. Can you see another doctor to get a second opinion?

I'm going to ask my psychiatrist on the 25th and ask to refer me to a sleep Doctor or dermatologist.

I feel like a hypochondriac but I am on a lot of Abilify and methylphenidate for years so idk

FDA says these drugs are fine to take forever but I mean come on Abilify is only 14 years old!

I wouldn't be surprised if it causes diabetes

Oh wait it does

I worry about diabetes too. I'm supposed to be taking zyprexa which I know causes diabetes. It's scary to think about what we are putting in our bodies based on the FDA recommendation.
