Oh wow, is today Saturday? I thought it was Sunday. Well good, that means I can watch Star Trek tonight after midnight.

Hm, for me, Star Trek is the only thing I want to binge watch today. But it doesn't come on until midnight.

Not much planned today. May or may not go shopping for art supplies later, can't decide if I should order online or go to the store. I'd like to go to the store but not sure they carry what I am looking for. I want square canvases with thin sides. Last time I went to the store they only had square canvases with big bulky sides, which are a pain to paint and more expensive to ship if I decide to sell my creations on Etsy or Ebay.

Other than that hoping to work out. I was just going to but these people in my head just showed up and I need to keep my brain busy until they go away. I did take my anti-psychotic late again, silly me. Plus something just triggered my PTSD. So that's probably why this is happening.

I hope you'll feel better soon. Lately if I realize I have a headache, i find it's usually to do with being late for my pills, or eating or drinking something caffeinated. Good luck.

Finished my grocery shopping. My daughter just made a kick *** fruit salad. I keep eating it and she keeps telling me I'll ruin my dinner lol. Nothing else going on until we get our takeout and watch the old xfiles. That's our every Saturday night tradition .
Nothing planned for tomorrow. I was going to bring them to a local fair but I just found out it's $25 per head no way!

We're going to make our own pizzas and watch a movie we can all agree on which takes awhile to figure it out.

I like how you described it as "poop balls". I had the same kind of day. In fact it's been "poop balls" for me for a while. I hope your day got better.

I'm on the boat in the lake fishing.

I brought a medical joint to help me sleep.

I slept very well =]

I have so much phone data that I was watching Netflix (Family Guy and sequel to Breaking Bad) in the middle of no where.

I love the future!
Thanks for this!

I can't clean. I hate it. I hate cleaning. I hate it because I can't stop I get obsessive and then I hate myself for not having it clean enough.

Is it the Depakote? the Invega sustenna? the Paxil? the seroquel? all of them? I don't even know if I've lost or gained weight since starting eating healthier because I don't have a scale anymore. I lost over 20 lbs when I first moved here and have kept at least that much off if not more. I still need to get down to around 150lbs. (Last time I was weighed I was like 207lbs). I don't eat junk food, I do get at least some exercise though I will increase that when it's cooler in the Autumn. I guess I'll just keep things the way they are, my pdoc doesn't want to change anything either

How sweet! Puppies are so much fun! I just got a new puppy in May. She is five and a half months old now. She is half Chihuahua half mini pinscher. She has been losing her baby teeth. I just found tooth #4 on the sofa this morning.

Blue Bird: You are not alone. I struggle with weight issues too. I start working again tomorrow so I will get more exercise then. I really hope that helps me to lose some weight. I admire you for eating healthy. I am not good at eating healthy all the time. I need to do better with that.
Thanks for this!

It smells like they're burning drywall again, or plaster. The janitor really got into doing that since April.

I think I put on at least 10 pounds in the past 2 months or something. I've got to take it off!
