I got a mad headache. Ate a sandwich. Took otc medicine for my headache.

Thanks for the birthday wishes guys. I had a good day. We went out for some stake restaurant. Then we went to Walmart and got cheese cake and a regular cake. Kinda annoyed because no one on my dads side of the family but my stepmom said happy birthday to me.

Good morning. I'm sick again. So tired of it. I have been sick off and on for several months.
What's everyone up to today? I have nothing. Just bringing my son to the orthodontist. He's home sick too. Poor guy has the flu.

At school, don't have class till 9:30 now just hanging out in the computer/cafe area.

Walked here again like I did yesterday. Going to keep doing that as long as the weather isn't too bad.

I made it through yesterday eating healthy.

This Friday I'll go to the YMCA to work out with my friend. I really think I'm going to do it this time. My hobbies are so much fun and time consuming including college that I don't even think about bingeing or obsessing about food all the time

I'm trying to debate what I should get first, the new nintendo 3DSxl Galaxy version or an iPod touch, I'm thinking I'll just go with the iPod for now because then in the end of march I will have more money and can wait until then for the game system. That way I can listen to music finally when I work out

Anyone else like me who stays in all the time?

There was a point where i was going out for a short while but then my paranoia and anxiety got the best of me again.

I only leave the house for group once a week.

My house is very..."lived in".
A bit hoarded.
I try to clean up but it doesnt seem to change anything.

I live with my dad who is 70 now. His room is probably the most hoarded.

Anyway there was a point where we didnt have much groceries. Our fridge is filled right now but it got to the point where the food was rotted and the only thing to eat were condiments.

I started eating pickled okra.

Anyway. Just making conversation really...

ETA: i dont think ive realized how much my mental illness has gotten the best of me til i saw the condition of my living situation. Hoarding, rotten food, etc. i mean its not terrible but its getting there. The house is falling apart inside and out and its always been my dream to buy my dad a new house. Which may never happen.

I just didnt realize the spectrum of how paranoid i was til i just thought about it right now...

I don't go out much. Just to appointments for me and the kids and grocery shopping. Other than that I am in.

That sounds horrible. I had that in 2001, it started a few months before 911. It was horrendous. I started going out to have random long walks. Tried to find an open church and they were all closed .

My sister said shes getting rid of her smartphone to get a non-smartphone. She says she doesnt want her 1 yr old son to always see her on the phone when she should be focusing on him.

I support her. But she will have to get rid of her instagram and everything she posts on. Unless she uses a computer for facebook.

But then again i remember she said she was gonna just use her ipad.

Hey guys. My psychiatrist is meant to be ringing me today to talk about different meds. I'm going out for lunch with my parents cos they're working on my birthday on Sunday. Hoping they give me a bit of money as I've got my eyes on a new pair of docs. Feel weird but ignoring it to try and have a nice time.
