Took my meds this morning. Was having anxiety already.

Ill never be able to get off them

Finished training today. It's been causing me problems emotionally. We were doing restraints to tranquilliser patients today and I just shut down. They had a convo about how it's 1 in 4 people with mh problems and it could be any one of us having this done to in the room and I got so paranoid that they were talking about me. I've never been restrained but whenever I've been in hospital I have a fear that because I refuse to take meds they're guna pin me down and inject me. It also reminded me of when I was on the depot and didn't want to be but no one listened.
I'm emotionally exhausted.

This is one of my worst fears....

Oh my gosh, that would be scary. What kind of snake eats whole mice? I know there are some. 😱

So next time a physical doc tells you you're overweight, just say you know and it's the psych meds and what do they recommend.

I've never been physically restrained but I've been injected with security standing outside. Not a good time.
I'm so tired. I can't seem to nap though. Oh well guess I'll go to bed early.
Went out today. It was uneventful. I'm having a movie night with my daughter tonight so we needed junk food. Can't wait to see what movie she picks out.
Aside from being tired I feel pretty good today. No symptoms aside from anxiety.

Before I lost weight I had a doctor walk through the door and exclaim "Oooh you too biiiig" before she even shut the door. I managed not to cry but I never went back. **** her.

Thank you. I fit no clothes i have. Been wearing sweats 24/7. My butt is big i wear size 16 pants.

Its not. A lot of my weight goes to my stomach too. I have a beer belly. I eat bad too. For the most part anyway.

I don't show any messages, so I don't know. It wouldn't be the fault of the phone though.

Actually it might be my phone or texting apps. My friend has been trying to text me too.
