There are 10 types of people in the world. Those who know binary, and those who don't.

I'm too lazy to include a link but I remembered reading awhile back how some futurists and transhumanists think that we will have a technological singularity where AI will become significantly more intelligent than humans and humans that choose to merge with the super intelligent AI as "post humans", which are synthetic people who merge their minds with the AI and implant themselves with cybernetic implants to gain superhuman intelligence and abilities, essentially merging with technology.

Am I the only one who would give anything for this to actually happen before I die? I don't want to stop existing and I hate being a human with a measly 70-90 year lifespan. I desire more, even if I must potentially sacrifice my humanity for it.

I will find a link later but right now, I have some other research to do.

I dont mind fusing with machines as long as its not too invasive, like brain holes or amputations.

This article is interesting:

https://www.quantamagazine.org/in-ga...rium-20170718/

I just scrolled over it. And also I should study game theory. If anybody has any insight into it, reply is welcomed.

I don't have any desire to be fused with machinery. That would mean I'd live longer than I would have if I was completely human, and good lord, I can't fathom living life any longer than I have to.

I guess I just romanticize the idea of being something "greater" than a human is all.

Then again, all of these cyborg and post human related posts that I made last night are a result of me writing an essay about Ghost in the Shell out of all things which had me remembering details about a transhumanist obsession that I had about 4-5 years ago.

What sucks is that pirating has become harder than it's ever been, at least in America, thanks to these big corporations wanting to enforce these whole anti piracy laws.

Like last night, I torrented the new Ghost in the Shell live action movie just so I could compare it to the anime to give an informed opinion about them for an essay topic that I chose and what happened? Not even 3 hours later I get a forwarded email from my ISP where freaking Paramount had my IP address and sent a copyright infringement notice.

One needs to always use a VPN for stuff like that these days. Unfortunately, I don't trust free VPN providers and I only pay for my VPNs with bitcoin since credit/debit cards can be tracked. Unfortunately, with the increased bitcoin prices and the fact that many bitcoin exchanges require at least a 0.01 BTC purchase, I can't afford bitcoin right now and my essay is due Friday and I wasn't going to wait so I decided to take a risk. I never make the same mistake twice.

This is honestly why I'm consider myself an Agorist. These copyright laws need to be taken down a few notches. After all, why should I pay to see a media licensed by a big multibillion dollar corporation when I only make around $360-500 a month? Don't get me wrong, I will always pay for movies made by smaller independent producers and music made by musicians that aren't mainstream sellouts, but I'm not giving a corporation worth billions of dollars any more money that they don't need to grow and improve. I save what little money I earn for those who deserve it.

P.S, if my ISP is reading this, they should know that I deleted the video so you guys can screw off now :P

I could send you a copy of the paper if you want.

It's nothing special, only an essay comparing the Ghost in The Shell anime to the movie while also talking about the philosophical aspect of Ghost in The Shell and why it's relevant in modern day society and why Hollywood is utterly terrible at making movie adaptations of Japanese anime.

722 is the sum of the 4th powers of the first three prime numbers.
2^4+3^4+5^4 = 16+81+625 = 722

Imagine, for example, that you’d like to transmit the word “Mars.” To do this, you’d need to find some way of relating each letter to a coordinate on the sphere. While the mathematics behind spherical codes is more complicated than this, you could imagine, for example, that the word “Mars” maps to the point (13, 1, 18, 19) on a sphere in four-dimensional space...

Given a 10x10 chessboard, there are 724 different ways to arrange ten queens such that none of them can directly attack another queen.

It's okay. I know I'm old.

I could only do three things with it. Write, play chess, and blackjack. Whoopee!

And then one day it just sorta imploded, I guess, or whatever it is computers do when they decide they don't want to work anymore. Just like they do now. Funny how that works....

July 27…
727 is the smallest prime number that can be represented as the sum of a cube and its reversal.
727 = 8^3+215 = 512+215
