Honestly, this is probably more pointless fearmongering.

I remember back when Obama first became president, people were freaking out about how the sky is falling and America will be ruined and what not, yet we are still here.

What most fail to realize is that the president has very little power. It doesn't matter who runs the White House, because the president is merely a figurehead while the corporations and wealthy elite really run things.

Honestly, Trump will be no different. People will always find things to panic about all in a sorry attempt to feel something or bring some kind of entertainment to their otherwise dull lives.

So please, lets reserve this awesome thread for posts that actually pertain to technology or the cyber world. Thanks

Yes I know what you mean. I hate politics.

But this was coming from hacktivists and also I was curious about it, and hoped someone would reply the same way you replied. I dont like the idea of nuclear war, or any war.

I really don't see a nuclear war happening. I see a lot of threats and chest pounding among a bunch of people who want power, but they all know that a nuclear war would destroy the entire planet and wipe us out as a species.

Anybody with basic computer knowledge can claim to be part of Anonymous and take responsibility for an OP; regardless if they really did it or not.

That's why I don't trust any source posted by "anonymous".

It honestly wouldn't be in any country's best interest to start a nuclear war or try to destabilize the U.S economy in any way. The U.S dollar is the most circulated fiat currency currently available. Losing the U.S economy would hurt almost every major first world country out there significantly because these countries do a lot of trading and business in dollars. A nuclear war would be even worse because it would be a threat to most human lives on the planet. Without humans, we wouldn't have an economy.

So yeah, since money runs the world, I don't see such a decision being made that would actually be a threat to the goals and interests of those who actually run the world. Even in the very unlikely event that Russia would actually try to start something with the U.S, I doubt that they could do something as significant as "destabilize our economy" because we have the most powerful military force out of any country in the world and some of the most advanced technology.

I see nothing to worry about here.

Its been a while since I wrote some code. I do play algoid and colobot and visit tutorialspoint, that seems to keep me enough in touch with heart of computers.
