I can't sit still. It's been bad the last couple days. I took Ativan to see if it would help. Thankfully I'll be going to bed soon.

How long ago was it when you last did a factory reset? Since getting my new batter I did a factory reset and it's working like new now. I highly recommend doing it at least every year. Just make sure you back up important files.

That sucks. Look what apps are running in the background then. I would delete any suspect apps. I'm a perfectionist and would still do a factory reset but that's my ocd when it comes to electronics.

That is weird. It would make me paranoid too. I believe SP is right about anti virus protection.

No. I cant handle it. I give up. I took my meds. I forfeit. Heartbreak is harder to handle. I would rather be psychotic than deal with heartbreak. But if im currently stable from heartbreak or its not overwhelming, i just want my intelligence. Not psychosis.

Theres gotta be a way to separate the two.

Fair enough.....for me the only answer is to take as low a dose of meds as possible but consistently.......

Who would want to be psychotic?

But given the choice of psychosis or something else like heartbreak, wouldnt someone choose that?
