I never got a chance to go to Italy like my stepdad and sister did. It sucked because I know I would of better appreciate it more than my sister. My stepdad's mom is from Carovilli.

I prefer cherry/strawberry flavor. Never really been a big fan of poptarts. Toaster strudel ftw!

Good Morning,

My eye is almost completely back to normal today. I am feeling better from last night, the anxiety is gone this morning. Hoping for a fun day today since it is nice out and the weekend. Hopefully can get a hold of some friends to do something. Hope everyone is having a good day so far.

What I use to do is have sex as a coping skill. I'm not joking around. Caffeine also bumps up your dopamine levels too, but not like an orgasm. Alcohol is usually the only thing that allows me to have a shadow of emotion. It raises the dopamine levels. But if you're already down that might be dangerous. For many it can become a slippery slope. I would suggest something like Wellbutrin, but... god... it ruined my life. Unlike SSRI's and SNRI's it wont send you into mania. But it works or it doesn't. It didn't do anything for me nor for my roommate. If your cycling then maybe you could go on Lamictal. I always said it was the lamictal that made me numb, but to be honest, I haven't felt those positive emotions since my SSRI, and I went straight from the ssri to the mood stabilizer and I felt more emotions but not all of them. My positive emotions might have been erased by then, and whatever was salvaged is what I have now. I say all of this because you seem to have your emotions dampened already. Then again, anhedonia can be caused by depression.

Do you have a pet? I don't recommend a dog because you always have to walk it in the snow, however, it's probably a great way to meet guys. Still, I prefer cats because they are such low maintenance. You just can't trust them very much.

I'm feeling sad too. I was in the dining room and a dude from the group 2 smokers sat at my table but wouldn't talk to me, but he did talk to another resident. Why am I social poison? Oh God.

Bring your Bible next time and Ask him if he's been saved by our lord savior Jesus Christ and if he'd like to be saved. Works every time.

Yes sex is wonderful for that.....I'm not sure when I'll have it again unless I break up with the bf.....he is having issues....have to settle for some cuddling which is also very nice.

I don't drink at all really....I actually tried it when I spilled some methanol on my hand because it counteracts the toxicity.....it just made me pass out tired. That was maybe a shots worth.

Yeah lamictal might be worth trying.....beauty of an ssri though is it could treat anxiety and depression....I'm just afraid to add another med tbh I don't want to end up on like six... especially when I can mostly tolerate what happening with a little emotional support.....
