Yeah I do the same. I'm at work now but I just can't seem to focus on anything. Sometimes I feel like a robot. Wake up, shower, work, sleep repeat. I have to work because I have so many bills to pay so I can't just leave my job even though I would like to.

My confidence is so shattered in general I realize. My wife and I are in the same field (information technology), and I have just lost sooo much of my critical thinking/memory/drive that I can't even keep up anymore. It's killing me every day. I hate it. I can't keep up anymore with her and others I know.

Hope everyone feels better soon.

I start RCIA classes next week to eventually become Catholic.

Risperdal made me very tired but I got used to it

Working has been very helpful for me. If I didn't work I would stay alone all the time. Been there done that. Yeah working sucks but it gets me out of the house and talking to people.

Working to me can be good and bad. Stress can make my mental health worse, but being busy and making money helps. I get stuck in my head a lot and isolate.

I work from home so mine is a little different. I do it to keep me occupied. With the kids back to school I need it. But working still sucks

this is what is happening to me in science and part of why it hurts me to go to work---I know I'm not performing even to basic standards....

How is music? Do you just listen and not feel it? Do you just find it interesting and not moving?

It's not as good as it used to be, oddly I keep thinking I need to find some music to listen to when I'm already listening to some.

It's really hard. It's living hell to be damned by illness. I'm sorry you're going through this too. I'm always an open ear as well if you need to talk.

Went out with my wife for a drive. I've been feeling so horrible, I need to partake in my favorite pastime, driving. I was determined if I can't do anything else, I wouldn't let my driving skills deteriorate. I started getting rev matches down, and then went on the highway and pushed the car to its limits. My wife was shocked at how quickly I could shift through the gears.

I invited that guy over to my house now tonight. Now thats ive seen him back in person after 9 years. I explained to him i didnt want to go any further than talking. He said he isnt trying to because that would be the opposite of taking it slow. So i believe he respects me.

Im nervous. Its late. But he had to work today.

Hopefully this goes well...

So nervous

I picked up around the house a tiny bit. I barely made a dent but I changed the litter, took out the trash, and have fresh new bed sheets. Don't you hate it when your bed sheet keeps on popping off the corners? Annoy the **** out of me. There so tough to get back in too because I have a bed side table and it's like trying to keep a cat from jumping out the house!
