I thought I would wear the sweat pants but then I looked at myself in the mirror and figured I looked lazy then realized I tried on everything I own and found nothing I could wear except something with a hole in the bum so I am devastated but I found a pair of track pants

Bipolar disorder. All the pss's have some kind of mental illness. Which is why they are peer support specialists.

But i mean, in group today we talked about it, and apparently the gossip that was said and the stuff surrounding it goes even deeper than i thought. First of all, the pss that started the gossip was in Florida during the hurricane on a cruise for 3 weeks. So she may have been having an episode from the stress and anxiety of being there during that time. Which is why she said that. Probably.

And also, shes been trying to keep her friendship with this second pss i saw a couple of times. So she said some gossip or something, not only about me, but about my main pss. My main pss thinks shes mightve been targeted. But she wouldnt go detail into why. She did tell me some things but i didnt quite understand.

Idk but i had like a complete meltdown in group. I walked out of there because i couldnt handle the stress. Cuz if my pss hadnt come to me, i wouldve been put with an intern and lost the 6 years of progress i had made at this clinic working with this pss and therapist. I mean me seeing my current pss and current therapist wouldve been at risk. I wouldve had to switch most of my treatment team due to this gossip.

And to answer your question, before i talked it out with my pss, she had said i could come to group today. So i went. But she was saying after today i couldnt come back to her group.

But after like hours of talking with her, i think shes gonna goto the director of the clinic and the CEO of the whole clinic, and tell them where all the gossip started. So im hoping they can understand and things can be worked out and i can keep seeing her.

I mean it was a whole mess today. And its not 100 percent fixed.

Like i said, shes going to the director and CEO, because there was more gossip that was spread about my pss. She wouldnt tell me what is was, she only told me what was said about me. But apparently its serious enough to have to go to them. Something about it was about my main pss.

And then also when i went to the second pss's group last year at the other campus, there was a girl with DID that had an episode in group. I was there, I remember it.
Apparently, the pss that started the recent gossip, made fun of the girl with DID and it caused her to relapse in group when i was there.

So theres been problems with Kim, the pss that started the gossip, from the beginning. Along with other stuff, but its not that relevant.

She shouldn't be pss if she is doing that suppose to be supportive not a coward in her own comfort with others who have different mental illnesses then hers

That second pss i was seeing, i deleted her from my facebook just now. She is not a genuine person. Along with kim.

Chandra, my main pss that IS part of my treatment team, said jennifer (the second pss) said she thinks im just a spoiled brat and philosophy is actually a waste. And that im wasting my time with philosophy.

So i deleted her from my facebook.

And yea, im deleting some more people too. Like that girl that said racial slurs about the woman in the store that made fun of her kid. And then said i didnt understand. Uh yea i dont but i was trying to, and i was on her side. Until she snapped at me.

I dont want to have to censor myself on facebook because other people want to be mean or gossip about me. So im just gonna delete people. And today is not the only time im deleting people. Id rather keep very few friends on my fb, rather than have to be PC about everythingg.

And on top of everything, im on my period today. So not feeling all that well.

Distracted myself by driving and getting something to eat...listening to music...and eventually the voices have calmed down. Trying to get coping skills going for this.

So my doctor also asked that if I feel the urge to self harm or if I get really delusional again I should come into the office as soon as possible. I told him I would be mindful of that.

But knowing how I am I'm terrible and worry I won't hold up my end of that promise. I didn't go right away last time I don't know if I'll go if it happens again.
