Both....you have a signal in your brain through ampk that makes you eat more but also your bacterial flora change. So you get more weight per calorie consumed due to the flora....problem is past a certain point even if you get off meds your flora won't go back to what they were before....you have a new normal.

Cars sometimes laugh at me too, I think it's that funny engine starting sound, my brain translated it as a laughter.

Ive been posting in roll call everyday for the past 6 years or so. Apart from 3 times where i didnt post for 6 months at a time.

I just go through my friend list here and realized two of my friends' accounts are being suspended. I feel bad to them, when I was off meds not long time ago I ignored many people and now that I feel ready to talk again, they got their account suspended Now to think of it most of my close friends here are the ones who often got moderated.

I don't know how long I've been here but I post everyday. I'm a serial poster.

Yeah I realize it, there are new people every once in a while though, and some old members sometimes stop posting for a while.
