My brakes aren't an easy fix. Probably without a car tomorrow. My husband just left to get the part. Poor guy. Sometimes I'm happy to be the woman.

I really don't like the nights here. These morons turn their lights and the room light off at about 7:30, as soon as they come in from the smoke break. My own light I keep on all night long. I used to sleep during the day for many many years, and it's natural for me to be up all night with plenty of lights on.

I'm the girl that's right there with the guys doing this stuff. I had my friend teach me how to replace brakes and bleed the lines.

Wow. 7:30 that's early. I would keep my lights on too.

Went around exploring today. Went out for lunch. Just ate more food, took my meds, and now I'm watching TV. Very exciting.

I felt paranoid today. The reflection I saw in the mirrors wasn't me they were copying me and watching me.

Other than that a good day.

I'm glad you had a good day. How are you liking the Latuda?

I'm liking it so far. Probably because it's a low dose it's not doing too much to help paranoia and delusions, but it's helping improve my mood. I'm not depressed, and I'm not manic (save for a bit of that shows up around the time to take my next pill).

It's got me pretty balanced and I feel it's doing a lot better than anything else I've tried lately.

Like say... Abilify helped a bit with the psychosis but didn't do **** for my mood (I still felt pretty ****ing reckless and then depressed), the antidepressant made me go towards mania, and the valproic acid made me super depressed.

I've had some moments the last couple days that might show I need a med increase (self harming for no reason, some grandiose delusions about not needing food, the usual mirrors and traffic lights and stalking thoughts), but overall I'm feeling better. Like I'm finally getting on the right track.

I'm also not drinking or day drinking. Since I feel more balanced I'm not really feeling the urge that much.
Thanks for this!

That's awesome! There is plenty of room for you to increase if you need it.

I applied to the school.

I thoroughly checked everything out. It was quite amazing. Its a huge campus and a top public research university. Theyve had many presidential visits and had barack obama give one of the commencement speeches there in 2009.

Lots of good stuff. Plus they dont offer all their degrees online. But quite a lot.

That's exciting! I'm not sure how the process works. Do you have to be accepted? Will your credits carry over? I'm really excited for you.

Yes you have to be accepted. I submitted an application. But they dont require much of gpa there (2.0 for transfers) to enter the school. The acceptance rate is 80%. But i compared it to my in person uni i went to in january which is 2.5 with 65 percent acceptance rate.

I believe its still quality school tho. So im excited.

If i could get my bachelors here, maybe i could go back to my in person uni and get a masters/doct.

I know im thinking far ahead! Sorry im just excited!

It's time that I start looking up what I want to do in college or university transfer.

If I stay clean for an amount of time, I can prove to myself that I think that I can be a good pharmacist. But that's just an idea of the many things that I want to be. It's something that I'm knowledgable about and would find really interesting so it's easier for me than any average person.

Then I can make good money and travel the world, do the things that I want to do. Go to the places where I want to be that are better than where I live now.

But this path just seems too simple for me.

Idk if I should wait it out at least a year which would be my clean time away from sunstances.

I plan to go through school with no Concerta either.
Thanks for this!

What should i do about a friend who has Borderline personality disorder and has a lot of drama in their life?

My friend is in a relationship with 5 diff guys and has been calling me everyday about the drama. Today she called cuz one guy hates her now that wants to be with someone else. Shes crying.

I gave her numerous advice and she doesnt seem to care.

Idk what to do and i hate to say it but its kinda getting annoying with hearing shes having sex with one guy in a day and another that same night. Then crying the next day.

Its not only that tho....
She bought a dog and had to return it the next day because her neighbors complained about it. She posted it all over fb and now has told everyone she has to return it.

Shes been extremely sexually promiscuous with about 8 diff guys since april. Could be more. She enters abusive relationships. And leaves but goes back.

Shes also an alcoholic. Went to rehab a month ago and the next day she got out she was drinking. Even had sex with someone in the rehab center.

Etc

She probably just wants someone to listen an acknowledge.....you know oh that's terrible, I'm so sorry rather than advice....

I was never as bad as that. A lot of diagnoses are just nonsense. But not hers. Does she ever let you talk about your life too?

Rarely. She asks about me and my life but i only talk for maybe 5 min before she butts in and starts talking about her life for an hour or so.
