Well I delivered my letter to my pdoc's office today regarding my anhedonia, detailing it and asking her to do some research and sharing the research I've discovered. It's a negative symptom though so it will be difficult to treat, especially since dopamine drugs like Wellbutrin and Effexor has done nothing for it.

I visited my mom. We went to a family dinner for some family members birthdays. Today we went shopping. She got me a new winter coat. It's dark green and I love it. I also got a new flannel shirt and a box of 96 tampons lol
I'm home now with my boby. I think he's glad I'm home

I procrastinate way too much
I keep skirting my duties with everything and just sitting on the couch on my phone and vaping. Idk whats wrong with me

I think I got rash from Lamictal
 Toxicity from Lithium, hard to breathe from Seroquel and Risperidone, Abilify made me suicidal, Depakote didn't do anything, and sedation from Olanzapine never goes away. I'm screwed
