See, ugh, i have 3 bills from the ER i cant even pay yet. I really cant afford to even goto an urgent care clinic right now.

This is exactly what I was talking about. I cant afford to goto the doctor.

Ugh so much anxiety.

I don't want to ask for help with my hair in the shower. It's way overdue for a good wash but I am not having good luck with rinsing. It would be easier to deal with if it were shorter but I don't want to cut it.

Ask for help. It's their job! They get paid for it.

I took some aspirin and the pain is mainly gone. But now my stomach hurts and i feel sick. My dad says aspirin can do that if you dont have enough water with it. Ugh.

The caffeine is making it worse cuz im like freaking out

Good morning! How is everyone? I went to Church yesterday and it was nice. I slept too late today and missed my group at my program. I'll go tomorrow though, I have 3 groups on Tuesdays.

I feel great. Didn't even take klonopin for church. I save it for the extremely bad times only, it's nice to have it available just in case though.

Have a dentist appointment coming up next week. More fillings. So ready to be done with dental work.

I'm ready for fall weather and it's sunny and in the 80's here

It's supposed to cool of in a week or so though. I really hope so. I hate summer.

Still doing yoga, it's going well. I enjoy doing it. There are some poses I can't do but that's okay. I fell on my face like 5 times yesterday trying to do the one legged bow pose lol I have terrible balance, but maybe that will improve with time.

I think i had too much caffeine. Im all high strung right now.

I'm afraid to take my shower. Last time there was like mud in the water on the floor. They don't clean it out between residents and it's really gross.

They have me listed as a non.assisted resident for showers, so I'm really anxious about asking for help. I don't know why they don't ask if you need help with something.

This place you're at needs to be reported or something, that's extremely unhygienic

Yes, it really is. It's a Medicaid funded facility so they have to budget tightly.

I was kinda joking angelique with the dingleberry comment.

What i meant was, small pieces of poop arent usually gonna stink.

Im feeling better after drinking a lot of water. And i guess the aspirin helped my chest/muscle pain.

Omfg I feel like crap my left arm totally hurts that's means I have to get X-rays done but I just wanna go back to sleep but obviously I cannot now, ugh! Someone just called me to book a counselling appointment for next Monday

I can't stop crying. We had a phone call yesterday about my aunt. She had 2 aneurysms that caused bleeding on the brain. I've just come back from the hospital in London. My family got a priest to read her last rights to her just before they turned off the life support.
