@Desoxyn

I know how to play the chords and tabs but when I took guitar in school they made us learn the sheet music and I can't read sheet music worth a darn I failed at that in music class when I was in the school band. I remembered I got so mad at my teacher and told him to write out the chords so those of us who are sheet music illiterate can play to our parts!

I can play most of the green day songs I have book of all them it takes me like 20mins to go over all of the chords again then tune my guitar then I am good to go and can play like it never left...

I am sure your like that too..do you have an a electric guitar?

I'm not like that no it's been like 7 years since I played. I try to teach myself after that but I always put it down but not this time.

If I do stick to it I'm thinking of getting an electric.

My dad and i are musical. My mom and sister arent. Theyve tried. But they arent. My dad has played guitar since he was 11 (since the 50s). And ive played drums and guitar since i was 9 years old (since the 90s). Both of us self taught. Neither of is know how to read music.

A friend texted me Happy Thanksgiving.

I told her it's been two days away from a year ago today that I was last admitted to the psych ward involuntarily.

She said I've come a long way.

And when I posted this, I had yet to see the horrible mess she made in the bathroom. Now I'm back to hating her. It's ALWAYS ME who finds it and tells the nurse's aides. They probably think I did it all this time. Not a good day. No, they know it's her because they clean her up in the bathroom. This was a major problem in the smoking area because she sits in all different chairs getting crap on them.

And there's a new source of grossness. This group 3 jerk who always tried to go out with group 1 and 2, I've seen him putting his fingers into what were small holes at first, in the seat of his pants into great big holes now. And no one has said anything to him. But he must have a skin infection happening and he keeps spreading it on all the chairs, too. He's an idiot. I've been trying to decide what to do.

Well, at least I got my tank filled without any bad luck that I am aware of. I have to get my friend to focus about whether or not he called in my order for new vape juices. Probably not.

I'm so sorry Loial. I have been looking at my left arm a lot lately. Hard to believe I have these stupid scars for 45 years. I'm thinking they look even worse than they did then. At the time I had a huge amount of stress on me. I wish I had coped with it a different way. What do you think may have triggered you? You said you're not abstaining from alcohol still, so did you cut when you were drinking?

No one has called me all day. I called my mom earlier. Only person that texted was the bf.

Sad, lonely day it is.

Do they not have these people padded well enough to prevent this issue seems like if it is continuous the nurses aides would take matters into their own hands and put these patients in the right undergarments. Obviously they have bladder and bowel oncontient issues. You really should report this to the department of health.

The aides do the best they can. They really do. I'm not aware of any padding on the man. I do see that they provide pull ups for the roommates disposable underwear. Since unless it's me reporting it no one knows, she would probably rather everyone does think it's me. Please don't ask me questions about the nursing home. No further answers will be given.
