Good morning.

Soz I get really really sui when I quit smoking so I just had one now and feel so much better.

Idk why I get that way when I quit smoking.

This happened so many times before I should be careful.

I should tell my psychiatrist about it.

This happened when I was on holidays with my family and my mom witnessed it which is why she buys me cigarettes now. Another time was when I was in the hospital and I tried quitting, I had to lie to the sui questions they asked me or they would have put me into the acute ward again.

I'll be seeing my p-doc in a month so will see what he says then. I do have a self-help CBT book on my kindle but never really got into it.

Not a problem I have recovered I am free I work full time but I guess I need to talk to people interested in getting well. I received help and recovered unlike others. Some want recovery others don't. Attacking a well person is most of your ways no problem. Stay in the sickness. All anyone has to do is read the posts and see who needs help.
