I was feeling HORRIBLE last night. I started crying my eyes out cuz i was sad. But then because i was crying so hard it was making my chest pain worse. So i started screaming at the top of my lungs in pain.

I'm not doing that well to be honest, my mood has been off since last night. I can't figure myself out at the moment... either in a good or bad mood at a whims notice.

I started feeling sad because i feel like im ruining everything between the bf and i, with talking about my mental health. He seems to care but im trying not to drop everything on him all the time, but he wants me to tell him how i feel. Idk.

Yeah, my horror story was worse than I could have imagined. Luckily, Ativan doesn't have a hypnotic affect on me. I'd much rather have valium.

I'm not abstaining right now but I think it definitely plays a role...

Its weird because my ex never asked me how i felt. He didnt care. I dont even think he knew the real me. He always talked about himself. So basically, i was holding HIM up AND myself. So it was twice as hard.

And here comes the bf, he says he wants to take care of me.

I didnt tell you guys this but i put in 10 bucks for the bf’s gas because he was low thursday. Because he had said he wouldnt be able to see me friday. So i gave him 10 bucks so he could.

...i also bought him an energy drink from the store.

He kept saying he felt bad and didnt want me to do that. Said he didnt want to take from me. But I insisted. Mainly because he has spent 25 dollars on me for pizza before we started dating. As well as buying me juice for my vape. I think he also bought me coffee from starbucks the first time we got together. I dont remember.

So i dont feel like this is my ex all over again. My ex didnt buy me anything ever. He didnt care for me as much. But i bought him everything! From food to uber rides. And everything in between.

It's a very atmospheric day out. It's gray skies and hidden sun.

I was trying to wake my roommate up at 9:00 for the smoke break, and I couldn't wake her. Even though I squeezed her hand. And now I have this awful nursing home smell on my hands. :/

Its very beautiful here too. In the high 60s. Sun out.

Time to refill my prescriptions. I think my pre auth is expired so insurance won't cover my 2 scripts. Thankfully she gave me samples. Hopefully it's enough to get me to my next appt. otherwise I'll have to go there again to get more.

Someone deleted me from facebook. Idk who it was but oh well. The less people in my business, the better.

I wish it would tell you who deleted you on Facebook and I usually browse through my friends list to see if I could figure out who and figure out why, but really eh **** ‘em they’re not really worth it.

So that should tell you something. He wouldn't always ask if he didn't care.
It's weird to finally be treated right. I know when I got with my husband I questioned everything he did. It took a while before I figured out that's how I was supposed to be treated.
