FINALLY have a tentative budget calculated! It took hours over the last few days but I managed to do it. Now time to work on other details. Gonna get this **** done.

Afternoon,

I forgot to pick up my olanzapine yesterday and ended up missing a dose. Woke up at 4am like unable to get back to sleep. Sometimes I forget how much it helps sleep. At least I've got it now and can take my next dose tonight.

I'm kinda on a knife edge about tomorrow. If I go in to college then I might be able to catch up. It's the october holidays next week so maybe if I manage to go the next two days and then see if the week off helps. I don't know... I feel kind of hopeless about college at the moment. It just all depends on how long my mood/motivation is low.

Oh well, hope everyone is ok.

Saw the model home. It was beautiful. The first one was 1800 sq ft. The second was 3500.

I used to love browsing the homes when we were looking to buy a house.

Its one of my favorite things to do. We went through a lot when we were looking for this house. Now we are considering having a custom builder build on our property.

I didn't know you were looking into building. That's awesome. What type of houses are you looking at?

Not much. Talked with my mom for an hour on the phone. Now coordinating other plans for the trip. Keeping busy.

I'm going to go to the gym in a few minutes and see if I can get back on the bike machine. I'm dying for a Fanta Grape pop. Because I'm vaping grape lol. Luckily there isn't any here.

Just came in from the vape break. I didn't use my freeze dried espresso today and I'm yawning and tired.

Feel grossed out about the solarium (smoke waiting room). The creepy guy has been working on his face dandruff, just scritching it on to the floor, over and over. It makes me really angry. If he wants to do that in his bathroom, fine. But not in a place we have to be 4x a day. He's doing other crap too lately.

Weve been looking for a few years but my dad is more serious about it since he is close to retiring.

I'm around, just scrolling the internet and keeping busy. How's it going?

Yes, I've had it ever since the Kpin withdrawal. Sometimes it looks like the floor or ground is rising in front of me. Hydration is a good point - I have a hard time keeping hydrated here because I'm so reluctant to ask for anything, like a pitcher refill.

I'm just back in from the 4pm smoke break, and I bought a Coke. Wondering if I should call my mom. I was watching Zootopia before 4. Did only 10 minutes on the machine in the gym. My arms are giving me a lot of trouble, and my knees.

It's been a quieter day here today.

Got back from psych appointment. A little disappointed. Didn’t give me any real diagnoses just asked me all about my history. Shrink says she don’t think I’ve had a full manic episode and can’t tell if my psychotic features are a result of my mood or not. Advises me to lay off the caffeine, alcohol, and journal my mood and delusions and follow up with my doc. Little disappointed I was hoping for a yes or no kind of answer. But anyway I’ll find out from my regular doc more details of her report when I see him in a couple weeks.

But anyway! Good news - I got an official job offer. Gotta sign it and start mid-November! Yay!

When i was in high school this black guy told me he was gonna hang out with me during lunch time. He took me to his house and pushed himself on me and started kissing me and stuff. When i told him i was a virgin he stopped and took me back to school.
