I got my flu shot today and now my arm hurts. I’ve been feeling kind of sick today from my dairy eating yesterday lol. Hopefully don’t have a reaction to the flu shot on top of it.

Im hearing voices more and more now

Oh my gosh...the voices did a new one; I left the room and then had to come back and ask my wife if she said anything upset or insulting to me, and she said no. I heard her voice.

I actually think the tv is on...

I hate the voices,
last night I was sleeping and I woke up suddenly because I heard a woman screaming, I thought that it was my mom, but it sounded like it was coming from my room...

So then I got up and walked around and I thought I left my window open and someone screamed outside but the window was shut and everyone in my house was sleeping...

it scared me a lot, it took me a while to fall back to sleep

I hope it gets quieter in your mind.

SP, what dosage of Abilify are you on? Aren't you on 5mgs? I may be over thinking this.

So, last night in therapy I got to the bottom of my rage at that creep's fake OCD ritual. It's as I thought, he's faking the foot injury and everything else. Anyway, it's like when pervs expose themselves to females in a "captive audience". That's why I was so enraged. He was coming out to smoke and sitting directly ahead/across of me, facing me, doing his revolting touches and staring at me from behind dark sunglasses.

My therapist said not to stand for it. And to change my seat if he's near me. So that was good.

My therapist is also going to be giving group Transitions" therapy on Tuesdays from now on but they're going to be like 90 minutes long! I sure hope I can manage that.

I hope everyone's voices will STFU. Thanks to Gretta, and I hope Atypical will post until she feels better. I hope newtus feels better soon, and I hope Loial will enjoy sobriety. Again congrats to junkDNA, Love to all, especially those I didn't mention!
