I'm bored out of my skull. I guess I could try to watch TV. I just came in from the 1pm smoke break. The monitor likes to talk so we were out there maybe half an hour.

Before we went out there was a huge bug speeding across the floor. It looked too big for a spider but it probably was a spider.

=Angelique67 when you get a lawyers to help you have them check out an almost passed the senate bill 174 Elder Abuse and prosecution. This bill is targeting guardianship and conservators. If I were you I would be on the internet hourly finding out more about this bill and how you and your lawyer can use it for your case.

I would if I were you not only post here but I would buy a recorder and keep it in your pocket and record your conversations. It can't be used in court but it will definitely let your lawyer hear what is going on with you.

I woke up in the middle of the night, apparently I bit my tongue during sleep. It's a bleeding now. I have fever from flu. Abilify don't make me sleep well yet, I keep waking up every a couple of hours.

Where is Blue Bird??

In my experience Abilify isn't sedating at all, you may need something else for sleep.....

Ah. Yeah I will need a sleep aid, I always find it's hard to fall asleep without AP.

Abilfy can be quite activating especially at lower doses so if you take it at night it might affect your sleep.

However I did find myself getting pretty tired on abilify during the day which was one of the reasons I came off it. Everyone reacts differently to meds.

Plus if you’ve just switched from olanzapine then your body might have got used to that for sleep. Might take a wee while for your sleeping to get back to normal.

Took another little nap

I feel kinda ok right now minus the coughing and runny nose

I live in a moderate climate I guess. Right now it's 60 (unseasonably warm) and in the winter we are usually in the teens or 20s. We haven't put the heat on yet so waking up to 62 degrees in the house is a bummer.

Trying to fight my way out of a bit of a depressive rut. Been awake all night and sleeping all day so I haven’t seen daylight for 72 hours. Using the sun lamp. Thinking about playing Warframe after.

I texted my mom she's at my sister's vollyball game and she said that I hope I don't leave a mess in the house a mess and that she's sad. I said if she's able to get a job in BC and she said she would look at it when she gets home.

She said she didn't want to take my little sister away from her friends but I said that's she's adaptable and that at least she has friends..

She said I want to go because of the perpetual marijuana plants and I said noo marijuana gives me panic attacks so .. xD

+ Most of my family lives in BC i think it would be good for me.

I just need to change my disability from Alberta to BC.

It's supposed to be 1000 a month instead of 1600 and with no extra working but at least the injection is covered.

I can just go to school then and I'll be more motivated.

I don't know what to say to be honest. I've lost another year and it all feel like same day no darkness.

I tried one of the little free bottles of juice - the Mystery flavor of the month, and it cheered me up. It tastes like those Keebler cookies I love, they're round with layers of caramel, fudge, and coconut. Unfortunately it's only 3mg of nicotine so I didn't use much because I'll get nic cravings if I drop down the nic.

Food is here. It's hash on scalloped potatoes. And carrots.

I'm wondering if I have the courage to ask for Kleenex. I have to ask for something else too and I don't feel bold enough.

I'm depressed. Nothing is ok.

After getting sick to my stomach a lot, its starting to calm down for the day.

Try to sip some water, juice and tea newtus. Ginger tea can help with the throwing up.

Ill tell my dad to bring home gingerale or something

Today has been extremely rough being ill

I told my dad about my mom not letting the liquor store serve me.

He phoned me from Argentina and said it's not a good idea to mix with my meds and talked about whether I'm crazy or not but life is what I make out of it and to be sitting in this god forsaken basement and drinking that it's sad that this is the way things went with my mom and my step dad drinking his money away.

Even then, I could just go to the bar. I never thought of that.
