That is awesome junkDNA! I'm really glad you got in the program. I hope your boss helps you with scheduling. How long will the program last?

I'm okay today. I'm starting to get into a routine for getting up, eating, drinking coffee, and watching things online to learn. I'm doing things online, such as emailing my workers about planning my future here.

My downfall still is I still don't take care of my hygiene. It is hard to get myself to do it. I don't think it is depression causing it either, because my depression has been mild as of late to where I can do things. I wonder if it is a negative symptom, idk.

I have that problem too, where there is just no motivation and I feel unwilling or even scared to take care of things but I notice that when I'm on a higher dose of prozac it is much easier to do. Have you tried an ad med yet?

That sounds good. And better early than late, although I hate waiting around for appointments.

I'm on Zoloft 100mg. It appears to help the depression, but doesn't make a dent in the motivation department for self care.

I’ve got a headache

Glad i didnt goto group. Im really sick. Sneezing a lot of mucus out. Feel sick to my stomach from the drainage.

That's too bad. But I am definitely with you with the lack of motivation. It's hard for me here too because of the lack of real privacy. I just ordered a robe a few days ago and that should help, I hope. Oh, one of the things that helps me is to pick a time to do it and then it's easier to get up and do it. Like right now I could say I'll do it at 2:30, and then instead of putting it off a little more and a little more until there isn't time left to do it, I actually do get up to do it at 2:30. And I experience actual fear of doing it. I'm not sure why.

I get fear of doing it too! It really baffles me why, because I know there isn't a logical reason. I will try to schedule my showers; see if I can hold on to a schedule then.
