I had a mouse die in a trap I had forgotten---I never found it until far too late. So yeah I know. Maybe the kitty got to it?

Arrived at my parents house early afternoon. Cats were pleased to see me, already had both on my lap.

All my ordered presents arrived safely and I checked them. Next chore will be wrapping them. Maybe next week.

We’re going to see if we can see the Geminids meteor shower tonight. Might just manage a glimpse if we are lucky. Been a while since I seen any shooting stars!

Ugh my stomach is doing flips cuz it smells so bad and i cant find it....

I honestly have no clue where it is. I thought maybe it was behind the couch. Its not. Our house is small.

Nice I saw about the geminids on fb, they said its visible around the world----we always used to watch the leonids I think and by always I mean once haha. Clouds never cooperate.

I had to autoclave something this morning, I haven't done it in a while so I was nervous, guess I really do have GAD. Anyway its all autoclaved which I'm happy its over I was afraid I'd put it off until next week and ruin the timing of my experiments. I've already put it off I think several weeks.

im letting a couple of kids shovel my snow. Poor kids, i can hear them chop up the snow, it must be rough. They said $10 bucks but I'll give them $20, because they've been at it for awhile.

Do you have the day off then? I know my cousins kid had a snow day today.

I took work off because of the snow and i feel guilty now because i didn't come into work. Part of the reason i also took off work was because i didn't sleep well. I really need a sleep aid. I go to bed at 10:30 every night but i can't fall asleep... I was up until 4am wrestling around again. This is not good. I see my pdoc on the 3rd though, so maybe she can give me some much needed relief.

How do some of you take off work so much? I know people who if they take off work that much theyd be fired!

Have you tried the over the counter stuff like melatonin, my pdoc wanted me to try that before any of the zzz meds.

Don't feel guilty, just enjoy the day, we all need a day off now and then. I'm totally dragging in anticipation of xmas vacation, I just want it to be now.

I'm usually at work messaging---but we used to get 5 weeks of vacation at this university so it was possible to take off as much as I really wanted.

The trick IS (at least on iphone) theres a little autofocus square thatll pop up when you take a pic. Press and hold on it. Then theres a slider thatll come up. If the pic is in the dark slide it down. That slider is the auto-exposure.

I wonder if the inability to feel sleepy is linked to my anhedonia. I know before anhedonia, when i would have sex, i would feel that rush of euphoria and that sleepiness along with it. I know no longer feel either afterwards. Before my illness i would be able to sleep soon after getting in bed, and i would take a sleep aid if i was up past 12, which was rare, now im usually up past 1 easy.

I hope you are able to get something. They use lack of sleep as torture for a reason. Before ambien I slept like you described.

ugh god i think i need to go to the dentist again. that or my neck is messed up. neither would be that surprising. but there's this radiating pain on the left side of my neck. i might have a lump in my boob also but lol everything is fine and i don't need no medical bills. fvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvck everything is baaaaad and my body is a biohazard.

Bipolar does this without anhedonia....its more like something is wrong with your biological clock---I actually have a mutation in a gene called clock, maybe you have something similar?
