Sounds like the dream to me.

I took a Concerta and it's like putting on glasses but for my mind..

I forget that my mind is blind when I haven't taken it in a while..

I made food to eat but i have had a migraine for 3 days and i feel sick to my stomach. So not hungry.

I'm making tacos for dinner. I'll probably have peanut butter toast lol. I don't eat home made tacos.
Going to finish my online shopping this weekend. Then I'm going out with my husband Monday to finish up. I'm so excited to go out with him.
That's about all I've got. Had a good day.

I took some sinus medication and my headache went mostly away

My post nasal drip is getting bad again. Wonder if I'm allergic to something too.

Yes, it's a combo of cigarette smoke and the dry heat. It's drying out my sinuses. Wow, I used to live with post nasal drip most of my life. I remember having horrible.allergies when I was 12-13..I've been allergic to cigarette smoke all my life. :/

It's freezing out there. I bought a 2nd bottle of Coke.

Honestly getting a Dx didn’t better inform me...they tell me I have bipolar or sza but I don’t even think I experience moods that are atypically strong. They told me definitely not sz though. So what does that leave? It leaves my genetics...for me I say to myself I have a grm3 mutation and it causes psychosis, depending on other genes it manifests as bipolar or sz in some people. I talked to a guy that works on the gene and he said the phenotype for two copies was less understood. So even the genetics don’t provide an answer yet. Still if you want to know how many sz genes you have or whatnot I highly recommended getting your genome done by someone who will give you the raw data then run it through promethease and you’ll get more answers than any pdoc can provide.

There is shame and guilt, and he probably feels guilt, and has gone through enough shame already. Guilt is that inner feeling people wrestle with by themselves in the darkness. Shame is something imposed on you from the external world, from people. It's a worthless emotion i think.

Ive been in college since straight of out high school. Havent had a job in almost a decade. If not. My finances are screwed up.

On top of all that, my peer worker telling me i have absolutely no life. I feel like complete COMPLETE crap.

Had a good day with the fiancé today. We went out for lunch and then met my friend. Fiancé has a severe social anxiety but it seems to get better after he dated me. He could talk freely with my friend and I held his hand to check whether it was cold (which means he has anxiety at that moment) but it wasn't cold at all. I made him meeting my good friends to help him overcome his social anxiety, and it went well. So proud of him. Also we took back my ring, it's fit now

I'm sorry you're feeling like this. I, personally, don't get it when people say someone doesn't have a life. We are alive and we are all battling problems that are different for everyone. Unless someone walks in my shoes and lives my life for me I wouldn't let their opinion defines my life.

My son's culture came back positive for strep so now I have to bring my daughter in to have her checked because she has a sore throat. Parenting!

I just filled my tank on the smoke break. It's a sunny morning. Other than that, I got nothing. It's only a matter of time before they discover my "contraband" and who knows what they'll do. My therapist talks like I'll be out of here soon. Meanwhile the days and weeks keep passing.

How is everyone else? I hope everyone feels well today. I haven't had my meds yet.
