I think generally if you live together in a relationship for 12 months it counts as common law so you have legal rights over property and **** like that if you ever break up.

If I recall correctly, you have to get married in the country of where you plan on moving. I had married my wife in Finland on one trip before coming back a month later to move there for real. I could have stayed originally, but my family wanted to see me before I moved.

Yup, I slept for like 9 hours. Then did a few things, wasn't feeling well, and slept another 5 hours. Now I am awake again.

I'm okay. Woke up feeling like crap, my stomach gave me hell for a while. Slept more and now feeling a little better. Just caught up on roll call. Gonna be installing my i7 8700K in my computer soon.

I do have bad news though. Mom and I talked today, and my cockatiel Lucky passed away this morning. She lived to be almost 13 years old. I am so glad I got to see her before she passed. I will probably be crying my eyes out later tonight. I miss her. She was my baby.

Thats not good. Because if we get married i need to have a pre-nup. Is that in canada?

I am. Cash wise. Actual cash and bank accounts. But it has to do with the cars in my name right now. Thats my property. Plus stuff i would get when my parents pass away like multiple houses and multiple cars.

I don’t think a prenup covers anything you acquire during the marriage only what you have before.....but you’d have to check into it.
