 Oh well, I'll hope for tomorrow. My opthalmologist appointment is on 1/3/18, the same day as the premiere of the X-files. I hope it won't be an awful day.

My feet look very weird. And why do I keep wanting to help myself to my meds at home? I guess anything if I can just feel OK. I shouldn't ask for anything but there are other things I need from my place like shirts and newer shoes. And gloves. Etc. A lot of stuff. But I haven't felt so urgent about wanting drugs since I was a teenager.
I'm wondering if my therapist is through with me. I didn't send her an apology note. Yesterday I had to leave the talk because the others in attendance were triggering me. |

Finally saw the last Jedi. Stopped at Taco Bell wanting to try the rolled chicken tacos plus guacamole, they were like we stopped selling those last month, I was bummed.
