I texted my doc today and he changed my med into Zyprexa again. Zombie Zyprexa is what I am. I’ll be sleeping a lot but I guess I don’t have any other choice, it helps with my psychosis more than any other med. I really couldn’t stand the restlessness from Haldol, breathing’s issue from Seroquel, and Abilify wasn’t helping with my paranoia. He put me on a very low dose 2,5 mg. Oh well life, you cannot have it all.

How long were you on zyprexa before? I know for me the sedation lifted once I adjusted to the med. I was on 20 mgs without being sleepy.

Good morning. My husband woke me up and I was sleeping so nicely.
It’s 10 degrees out. I’m not pleased.
I’m feeling good. No paranoia or delusions. No voices or hallucinations. I think I’m ready to reduce my meds. I’m tempted to stop the haldol on my own since she wanted me off anyway. I feel “normal”.

It’s -31C out this morning and I’ve decided to hit the gym as soon as it opened . Might go find new workout clothes afterwards seeing as I have a hole in these ones I’m wearing (on the outside leg - nowhere naughty).

Omg. I’d die.
I used to love buying workout clothes. I spent a small fortune. My only advice is not to buy a bra with a zipper in the front. I did and my run on the treadmill turned into a disaster lol. I couldn’t get to the bathroom fast enough. So embarrassing.

I’m watching vet shows on tv and they are making me so sad. I don’t know why I watch them. The animals are always hurt obviously.

Still no smoke break. It's 12f here. Just to put that in perspective, that's a lot warmer than -10. There's no excuse for keeping us inside.

Oh man I do not trust those bras. I’m pretty busty so I don’t trust anything the secures in the front. I do manage to fit into Nike sports bras that you just pull over so they’re my go to.

That temp where it doesn’t matter if it is in Fahrenheit or Celsius, we are both going ah hell no!

Yeah that was the last time I wore it. At the time I was pretty heavy and as you said busty.

Good morning/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm okay. Went to bed at like 9:30am and woke up at 3p..now just thinking about going to the store. Ordered my Define R6 case, and a cooler for my CPU. Should be in the mail sometime around January 10th-15th, as the case is brand new and still needs to be shipped to suppliers.
