I'll need lots of vape juice to get through everything.

I feel like I need a bigger spiritual awakening or something. Like a really good holiday and things to be good in life instead of people in my life fighting and struggling over moving and not having money and whatever.

Yea but im wondering if i should go through with it? I do realize its not practical but i was gonna do it anyway. But then i also realize after 2 or so years my grants run out. Maybe 4 years. But my grants only cover 2 classes a semester and i need a lot more credits than that.

I've been sleeping so much the past few days.

The tiredness is back.

Le overwhelming tiredness.

It's the biggest mystery in my life.

Bipolarsomnia.

Is there anything you could get an associates in?

He’s difficult for all his exs lol but not for me, being his woman feels so naturally for me, it’s so easy to make him happy all I gotta do is be myself and that’s enough for him

I feel insecure with low self esteem and tired and not able to face the world.

I feel like I'm in a fog and I'm agitated but it feels like I'm drowning under water.

But I still have my sense of humour or something.

Just when I'm tired, it's the worst thing in the world for me by far. I get so tired that tiredness is all I think about and I can't function.

I tried drinking a coffee but I think all it did was make me anxious and more tired. I only have 2 Concerta left.

I don't want to go back on an SSRI because I think it numbs my emotions and takes the feeling away from life and if I do feel good, I only realize how good I feel after the moment has passed like I'm dissociated or something..

There's so many problems mentally that are in sync with each other in this.

My psychiatrist doesn't listen to me AT ALL. It's a 7 minute session every time. It's like he's given up on me.

I want to see my hospital psychiatrist on the TV video screen thing because she was the only one that actually wanted to help me.

I've had bad experiences with psychiatrists and I feel like the only way to help myself is to stand up for myself.

Who says schizophrenia lasts forever? Maybe if I lower the injection, it won't be as bad as it was before who knows.

I used to be on the Invega injection and needed 10mg Zyprexa but I don't need that anymore.

I believe that's proof.

My tics stopped when I got off the med. they may change your meds.

It’s my understanding that a year or so after you’re stable you can start lowering the dose of AP. How long have you been stable?

Id probably do some workforce degree if i did. If i did it in person id have to goto the college in this county. And id have more options as they dont have online stuff. But i could go back to the old college i was at but theres literally very few options online but its an hour away for me to go in person. My location puts me in a real bad spot for going to college. Theres only one college in this county and im also in the rural. No uni’s but theres a uni an hour away. Cant do that again even tho i did enjoy it.

Just finished cleaning up after dinner. Now I’m just waiting for everyone to finish what they are doing so we can watch the x-files.

I’d give it a couple more then talk to your doc about tapering down .....you can always go back up if people notice you’re destabilizing......

IMO there are two parts to college, Intellectual enrichment and getting something that will allows you to get a job. Traditional unis do both because you’ve got four years but it’s quite possible to end up with a useless degree if you pick poorly. STEM is still a pretty solid choice I don’t know about the rest. Colleges tend to focus on getting a job without a lot of enrichment. So you’ll have to decide which works best for you right now....the bf changes the picture for you I think....

For me I could probably move and find a job that I could do in science but I’m changing fields in part to stay in my current location with the bf. Life is full of things like that. My old boss became a MD because her husband was going to med school and he was like you can either come with me or we’ll break up. She is one of the best doctors in the country now and was president of the AGA. Random chance, she could have run her families country store instead.

I’m sure they’d just lower it a bit first or change meds to see if it helped, it’s possible they put you on a different cheaper med like a typical and you need an atypical.
