It's 8:12 and I'm thinking of going to bed but it's haven't had my meds yet.

Last night the nurse woke me up to take them.and scared me to death again. She has a hunched back and short hair so that first split second all I see is the hunchback of Notre Dame. Everytime I get scared to death here, she's involved. And then she launches into long winded monologues while I've already put my ear plugs in for the night. It's just one of the little things that makes my life suck.

Bring your own bottled water and drinks and food. The "bar" in the room (if they have one) costs a fortune.
Thanks for this!

For some reason I'm just plummeting and I don't know why. It might be partly because I'm never going to get to that opthalmologist. And I need new glasses.

Can't buy a new mod until I spend for glasses. Also, my lungs are so bad. I think I have pneumonia but I'm afraid to tell anyone because they could insist that I stop vaping. And vaping is the only thing keeping me together. Not going to quit.

I really hope it’s not pneumonia. I had it a couple years ago and it was miserable. I was sick with a fever for almost 2 weeks before I went to the doc. Don’t wait too long if you really start to feel bad.

I hope you don't have pneumonia either, Angelique. I had it a few years ago, and it was honestly one of the worst illnesses I've had after H1N1. I was weak enough I needed a friend to take me to an urgent care to get checked and prescribed an antibiotic for it. It's definitely not something you should mess around with, and getting medical attention is important...

Oh man. I had h1n1 too. Sickest I’ve ever been. My son brought it home from school. Thankfully the kids weren’t as sick as I was. My husband escaped it.

The hotel room is in the style of an urban loft. So very modern with concrete walls and floors. King bed.

Thank you, Desoxyn, Valley, and Finding. I will see if it gets any worse. Naturally if I catch a cold or flu I won't do too well with whatever's going on already.

You won't want to leave.

The last time I was in a motel room was in 2013 while I was withdrawing from Klonopin cold turkey. I was convinced there were hi tech pictures all over everything in my apartment in invisible ink and they were spinning around, etc. I thought I'd never go back there. It was a nightmare.

It was. It was that morning I went back to the hospital and got admitted to the psych ward because I was so out of it. And then they wanted to give me daily Klonopin, not realizing I went there to withdraw. I went to the ER about 4 or 5 times during the first week of detox. They took me off pain pills too, but I don't know if I'd ever gotten really dependent on them. Anyway I would have been much better off if they'd just put me on a daily regimen of Klonopin for the rest of my life. They just should not make anyone have to go through that. Sign a benzo waiver and give you a maintenance supply for life.

I’ve heard withdrawal from klonopin is bad. I’m sorry you went through that.

I'm meeting a potential roommate on Friday. She seems cool and like a good fit. She told me she's introverted and would prob stay in her room a lot which is fine w me. She has 6 snakes lol. Anyway were meeting at a pub after I get off work. So send good vibes that she is the one.... I've been searching since August and it's been extremely hard on me financially

I hope it works out Junk!

Back when I lived in a two bedroom flat, I preferred more sociable roommates but people who keep to themselves are easy to get on with.
