The new girl is so nice. I'm really glad she's here. She always strikes up a conversation with me when there's an opportunity. Everyone likes her because she does the same with everyone. Anyway, it looked like a boyfriend or husband came to visit her. He is tall and good looking, whoever he is. She is very tall too. I hope it's a good visit for them.

I'm depressed tonight. It's getting closer to bedtime and that's ruined for me now. I thought of asking the new girl for advice but there wasn't a chance to. Not sure.

Looking at hotels for the bf and i for valentines day. I reminded him we will probably see a lot of couples and hear a lot of people having sex in the hotel IF we stay on the night of the 14th.

I need to find romance packages tho (preferably). The last hotel had one. And i need to book in advance for a good deal.

Yes, another one lol. She was the third roommate in this room, she had some sort of confrontation with her previous roommate and asked to switch. I don't know what her first (original) room was. Anyway, I'd love it if she moved out. She's probably thinking that if I move out she can get my space.

I realized what "racing thoughts" as a symptom were last night, but i don't think it's part of my illness, it was just that i was in a heated exchange for hours and when i get worked up like that it takes hours for my mind to find a balance. My friends continually take jabs at philosophy by making categorical, broad statements that are plainly ignorant and mean. Nothing works me up internally when they belittle an essential part of myself. Anger, out of all the emotions, is one of the one's that lingers the longest, too. Once your pulse starts to race, and you feel the rage in your chest it doesn't go away easily. Typically I can clear my mind at will with total control, but not when im angry.

How do you guys relax after you're angered? I wrote a thoughtful blog post in defense of philosophy on my blog, i talked with a friend about various topics, then i watched a movie, but my mind still wouldn't stop racing. I even took a Xanax.

All you need is a big bed, a tv, a fridge and take out.

I think im gonna make another goal this year to hit up a new hotel once a month. Might even do some traveling to get to one.

When I was on a lower dose of meds I was angry a lot....never found anything more effective than an AP......
