My mom gave me a glass of wine.

My psychologist/psych nurse said today that alcohol makes serotonin imbalanced first and then more alcohol or daily use effects dopamine. So I would assume that OCD and depression gets worse with alcohol and then I start getting positive symptoms of schizophrenia? idk I know this guy that has OCD came into speak about it when I was in high school and he said that his drinking made it a lot worse.



I had a wake up hallucination today. The ones that people get without psychosis. It was a woman. She said something like "I only like him when he's snappy and moody".

I think to myself sometimes, how can a woman be in my head? Her voice was loud and clear like it was real.

Then real music started playing in my head. Many people were talking in my head last night. It's like they live in there and do things together.

I got the injection and then went back to sleep.

I keep getting this weird déjà vu. It’s like I’m playing out exactly something I day dreamed before. The exact moment sitting in a cubicle thinking I’m seeing things out the corner of my eye. The exact same scene I dreamed before it’s ****ing me up.

I got up after nine again. I hurried for vape break. The patio is flooded so I didn't get to change my coil and fill the tank. There were no empty chairs to put my supplies bag down.

I hope everyone is feeling mostly ok. I had a rough night again last night due to hostility from Miss Universe. Really sick of her and this place.

happy happy day i have money in the bank. new boots and plugs in the mail and takeout from my favorite thai place planned for dinner. ive always wanted to try this sticky mango rice they make but theres never enough room after the eggplant tofu binge. ;_;

New person got my meds wrong again. I need a list of my meds and learn to tell which pills are which because these people keep getting my meds wrong. I think they skipped the Risperdal. Not all of them were in the cup. She went back to the cart and then gave me my second capsule of Prozac and my 800mg of Motrin. But the pill count still wasn't right. I didn't know which ones to tell her I was missing. I was far better off with my meds when I took them myself.

the number 109 keeps following me, i see it everywhere. bad omens.

I remember when I was younger I used to wake up and look at my clock every night at 12:51. That so happened to be the name of The Strokes song too. Weird.

Had to work late. I probably should still be working but I’m all set. I worked a lot of hours this week. Will be nice when the paycheck comes but for now I’m mostly tired lol.
My plans for the bank have been put on hold due to house repair issues. I have to wait for the guy to get here. Probably won’t be able to go until my husband gets home. Then I’m shopping! I love to shop. Gives me such a rush.

I'm doing pretty well. Spent a couple hours tonight and last night helping my aunt get her printer back online. Now I'm just strolling the internet and talking to an old friend. What's everyone up to?

Oh yeah, and my case, PSU, and water cooler have been shipped So I should get those on Monday. And that will complete my computer build.

I refilled the tank only a little because I'm running out of Zebra Stripe Gum. Had a yen for it and it's so good. Today it's raining and flooding. Worried about mudslides. I hope my pliers don't rust.

Bad things are going on here. It's a pain but I'm going to have to lock my phone up everytime I leave the room. Worried about her breaking my stuff and poisoning me.

My coil needs to be changed so I only have a little bit in my tank. I’m on snickerdoodle.
Probably smart to lock your stuff up. It sucks but really you can’t trust anyone.

Went over to the bf’s. They called off his work again. He’s getting less and less hours.

I think im allergic to pets. Yesterday he ruffled up my cats hair and it made my eyes water. Today my eyes watered and i wanted to sneeze around his dog.

Might need to be tested for allergies. But i was tested in 2011 and nothing came up.

Yes, me too with the coil. I still didn't change it because of the rain and wetness of everything. So now I'm kicking myself because my ZSG is hardly getting vaporized. For some reason (is it aromatic?) no matter how bad my vaper's tongue gets, I can always taste this flavor.

And with the not trusting anyone, that's absolutely right. I'm still worried about MU taking my keys from under my pillow because she's up all night a lot and once I'm asleep I don't wake up easily.

I said some terrible things last night because she kept triggering me over and over and I wanted to die and I just snapped. I'm worried about how much worse it's going to get. I should ask for a change now because I don't think she's going to drop it, but again I'm lucky to have this space because I have a wall to wall curtain that completely closes me off to everyone, and all the windows. But if i lose control of myself my life will permanently tank.

I was never allergic until a few years ago when some mice got into my apartment then ever after, it sucks----get thee some claratin....

I just took Zyrtec. Seemed to help a little.

Just make sure there is no interaction with your meds for some reason Zyrtec but not Claritin interacts with Abilify I don’t know haldol......
