I googled "Left hand hurts bad" and the results..

"Overuse problems. Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by pressure on a nerve (median nerve) in the wrist. The symptoms include tingling, numbness, weakness, or pain of the fingers and hand. Tendon pain is actually a symptom of tendinosis, a series of very small tears (microtears) in the tissue in or around the tendon."

But JunkDNA's sweating and breathing etc means bad symptoms even though it could be anxiety.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is usually only from heavy machinery and stuff.

When I think I'm having a heart attack I go to the ER but I've never really had a heart attack.

I send good wishes to you DNA
Thanks for this!

Computer usage can cause it. I had/have it in both my wrists from using the computer too much years ago.

I didn’t go to work again yesterday still feeling crappy. I went in to work today and toughed it out but I felt crappy all day. Better but still bleh. I hate being sick. I got a flu shot a few months ago to avoid getting sick.

Hopefully tomorrow is better. I haven’t been to the gym in a week and I miss it lol.

I used to go to the gym on my own. I felt more focused without chatting with friends.

I hope to return this year. Not really been keeping up on my shoulder rehab, but I think I might make it back nearer the summer. Just going to focus on doing some exercises at home before that...

I have a trainer I see three times a week and I go on my own more than that. I usually aim for five days a week or so.

I’m not planning on renewing my personal training contract when it expires. It’s expensive.

I always feel really awkward when I go on my own. I prefer to have someone else with me. I have nobody to go with because I work 5pm - 1am and both of my brothers finish work at 5pm.

Are you doing like thai style or more like African peanut stew? Both are excellent

I hope they're right. What repetitive stress do you put on your left hand?
