Good morning/afternoon everyone. How are things going today? I hope everyone is okay.

I'm doing okay. I slept for like 12 hours between 6pm and 6am. Never took my olanzapine. I actually have energy for once. I hate that APs suck the life out of us. I really wish I didn't need them. But I was talking to my friend about symptoms in the past. Before I was medicated I....would attack the voices and my partner had to restrain me to prevent me from hurting myself while in those states. I guess...that's a reminder of why I need to stay on them. Plus when I messed with my APs in the summer I got...really weird.

Spent the day cleaning the apartment and washing laundry, getting things ready for my friend coming up on Friday. Also sent some questions to my worker about working for something like Upwork, on things like taxes and such.

What's everyone up to today?

I applied 3 times to upwork and was denied. I sent a message and they said a whole bunch of stuff. They were all over the place with their reasoning. But basically stating that im not really qualified. Which is kinda BS. Because i applied for entry level positions...i know im not 100 percent a qualifying candidate.

I heard they get over 10,000 applications daily and they have been strict with who they approve. Especially if you have the same skills as other applicants. Because the jobs on the site are not only getting dozens upon dozens of bids, but also people from india on Upwork are lowballing themselves by offering to do the job for cheap.

You should still apply tho. Im gonna work on my resume for upwork.

But if i were you id also look into other sites that are like Upwork. Other freelancing sites. Like Elance or freelancer.com. Same concept, just a different site, and just as popular. Upwork USED TO be oDesk.

Had coffee and took migraine meds. I have a bad headache.

I applied to LeapForce but i havent heard back from them yet. Also looking into volunteer positions locally. I also will be looking at other online gigs.

Also, i signed up for LinkedIn

Good morning, at my program. Got 2 groups today.

School went well. I only slept like 4 and half hours last night though. Got to sleep around 12:30 or
1 and slept until 5.

I have RCIA tonight, that will be nice

My cats were so happy when I got home last night, I was gone for like 10 hours. They are so snugly and sweet, they are the best greeters ever

I took Zyrtec. My headache is kinda gone. Guess it was allergies.

I'm around.....still in the last leg of my work, planning, planning, planning lot on my mind about whether I can afford to move to the burbs or not etc. Also why I'm feeling just so blah in general, like amazingly passive.

Yeah I think its just negative symptoms....will talk to the pdoc around valentines day......

I had 3 hours of sleep last night. Mind wouldn't shut off. Turmoil of hell.

Hopefully this is the start of another wakefulness.

I'm just hoping she has something useful to say but if its negative symptoms and not depression I doubt it.

I was excited about the possibility of trintellix but apparently it has a reaction with abilify so to try it I'd have to go on latuda or some other AP which I don't really want to do.

It’s a shame. I can understand though... hard enough to find APs that are tolerable and work well so not worth the switch...

Yeah I couldn't tolerate the others I tried so I'm thinking not but I might mention the possibility anyway----she may have some ideas I don't know about.

I just talked with my psychologist on the phone. He asked if I was having any weird thoughts and I said idk if it's psychosis or not and he asked me to explain but I'm at work and I don't like the stigma so... But I'm doing good anyways.

Then two guys were talking about a hockey player having chronic fatigue syndrome and they were talking about the condition and said that the guy changed his diet and did a few things and he's a bit better.

I wonder what those things are..

But I don't talk to people so idk

Negative symptoms suck

Im getting like no notifications today yet. No email, no twitter, no facebook, etc. its weird. I should get at least some emails, considering i signed up on a bunch of sites past few days.

Hey guys. Having a long *** day. Been working since 7:30. My daughter is home sick so I went to work early while she slept.
Slept well but woke up with a stiff neck for the second day. I don’t think the my pillow is working lol. Otherwise I do love it.
