Dinner should be here in a couple. Can’t wait. I’m starving. I got my usual. Ham and cheese grinder, onion rings and French fries. Roll Call 114

Idk I never hear about people with sz sleeping all the time.

Although when I was in the hospital, I had a roommate with schizophrenia and he slept night and day and rarely ever got out of bed.

I was on Concerta or Vyvanse so I was more awake.

So I’m just back from playing games at my friends. All the anxiety before going was for nothing... I really enjoyed myself. We got dominos too. Ate way to much haha. Now time for sleep.

A book I read suggested that for at least the first 6 months after psychosis people tend to sleep it off. Didn’t happen for me but apparently is common enough that a pdoc was mentioning it as advice to families. Basically said sleeping and playing video games was the norm. Can’t remember the book anymore. Besides not everyone has the same severity of negative symptoms.

Do you do any light therapy up there in the north...just wondering if sun would help.

I have an urge for these things but I think I’m safe. And no I haven’t been drinking... i just don’t understand the contrast in my feelings and urges. Although I suppose I feel less happy now these things are in my mind.

Left side or right side liberal or conservative.

But life is a right and a left side.

People in the world are insane. Only I am sane.

It's 8pm but morning for me so I drink coffee.

I feel like all the information I absorb is made for me.

Like the Invega is blocking but during the end of the injection I can see the people on the TV talking to me specifically.

History and world domination of the west and fending of the other nations molding into one idea.

I can't pick sides. I see everything and know everything. Solipsism.

Things happening in the background don't exist and maybe everything is controlled by an external force.

Is it normal to think that your being watched and your thoughts are being monitored and controlled just a little bit? I'm sure it is.

Sometimes when I find myself feeling good and content I notice I try to think about upsetting things. It's almost like I'm sabotaging my good feelings because they feel scary and different than my baseline negative feelings. Like it's too good, so I gotta bring it down a couple notches
