There was a fire drill for the staff while we were waiting to go smoke. It's just incredibly cold out today. I wanted to go back in as soon as I came out. I still don't have socks here. I thought it was supposed to be warmer here today.

Other than that, I was weighed and the number looked less than the last time, but I know I've gained weight again. Don't want to know the number today..

I have to find out if they made my cataract surgery appointment yet. The dental hygienist just came by and I wasn't prepared. I asked for her to come a different day. I hate when things are sprung at me without knowing ahead of time. Hope everyone is mostly ok.

I just had a really bad stabbing nerve pain attack in my leg...

Im pretty sure it has to do with my haldol. Ive been having nerve pain ever since ive taken it for years now. Think im gonna add that to the list of things i need to tell my PCP.

Idk if im having anxiety or if its physical symptoms.

My chest hurts, i feel like im gonna faint, i feel sick to my stomach, my palms are sweating, i feel like im gonna die from a heart attack or something.

Wondering how much it costs to get a hair appointment here. Whoever does them is extremely good at coloring. The blonde looks good, light brown, every color looks really natural and complements the subjects natural beauty. Even Calamity Jane just got colored a quiet shade of brown. And her hair was very steely gray before.

Sounds like a stereotypical panic attack to me. Do you have any PRN meds to take for that these days? I hope it passes soon.

So another day much the same as yesterday. Not much to report.

I've not managed to starting cleaning/tidying yet but I'm at least keeping on top of cooking and washing dishes so that's good!

In fact, I think I've got the bug for cooking again. I'm enjoying making my own meals. I was thinking maybe I'd try a new recipes from my cook books every 2 weeks or so. I get in the habit of just cooking the same things on rotation...

No prn. Just prescribed anxiety meds. Some nerve medicine thats supposed to double as anxiety med.

Anxiety meds, like benzos? I would consider those a PRN medication.

They don’t prescribe benzos at my clinic anymore. Ever since i was taken off a year ago my anxiety has skyrocketed tremendously.

I love to cook new things it’s like an adventure.....
