Im so scared and confused

Are you still feeling the same? It sounds like anxiety and paranoia attacks. I had a bad one in 2013. I believed someone had poisoned my tobacco and added hot sauce powder and that my throat was closing. I exited my apartment and went to the ER and through all of that I didn't swallow once because I believed the hot powder would spread deeper in my throat. Horrible. I kept having these delusions. I hope I'm through with them.

I woke up at 3am but can’t get back to sleep. I’m now having s cup of tea and watching the Winter Olympics.

I can't sleep at all. Tossing and turning. I took half a tiz a little while ago. Next time I'll ask my friend to bring Vistaril too. Unless they discover my stash.

The ibuprofen is helping the pain I have. I have another tooth infection I think. Very painful when touched.

I'm not sure what to do about my apartment. I'm on a waiting list for a Medicaid program which I may never come close to having because of budget cuts. I knew this was going to happen. I'm not sure if I should just give up and go back to my place. I can do more since I've been here but this place is like a government run home for adult orphans. The big problem is still the stairs.

Last night was rough. I had a major panic attack. I thought i was dying and told my dad he needed to take me to the hospital.

But my throat is still narrowed. Idk why. Idk if i need to goto the urgentcare about it or not.

Those morons had my meds all put into the cup when I went out to look for Motrin a little while ago. My meds were 3 hours late and would have been later if I had waited for them. My teeth are extremely painful and my throat. I feel so sick. My dear God. How long am I going to be here. I'm so upset.
